★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was offered the sewing service for shoes so he claimed the sole will not drop off ever. However the owner did not mention that he has to tear off the inner sole to do that. Worse of all, he did not even at least glue back the inner sole. Just the sewing cost $25 and another $25 for gluing the sole.

Very fast service though, 10 minutes to change the battery and scratch the watch...... I'm so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to duplicate a very challenging key with many security features. The owner decided to give it a go despite the difficulty level. Although we had to come back a few times to finally get all the features sorted out and addressed, the owner was unfazed and professional and willing to try again. Happy to report that the duplicate worked as well as the original in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review. I was going to start a new job & was due to start on 3 feb 2022 but the insides of my new pair of black pumps were disintegrating when I brought it home. The shoes were creaking when I walk in them. I called every cobbler I could find on the internet, panicking because I was gonna start work the next day. All did not answer the phone cos they were closed for the CNY. Your outlet at Vivocity was actually closed but the guy was there to finish some work and answered the phone. He agreed to fixed my shoes. He was a life saver! Apologies that I forgot to ask his name but I reckon he’s the only guy working there. Truly grateful & thankful that he went his way to help me. Says a lot for his kindness. Thank you once again.
