My Family Clinic (Rivervale Mall)

Worst clinic I have ever visited! 1st time visiting them since I moved to this area. Paid for the most comprehensive body checkup package available. But faced the following incidents: 1. Doctor reviewing the results was not an in house doctor. He went through the entire report in under 2 minutes. Basically, flip every page and say everything is fine. (I went home to read the report myself and noticed some numbers on the high side. How are those fine? ) 2. Blood pressure was measured but not included the report. I only noticed this after reading the report at home. Went back to ask for my readings, but was asked to pay consultation fees / doctor's memo fees / whatever fees. Isn't this double charging me since I already paid for the body checkup in the first place? 3. Asked if it could be waived as I am not asking to have my blood pressure retaken, just asking for the readings taken on the day of the checkup. Customer service said she will ask the doctor and get back to me the next day. However, no news for an entire week. Called the clinic and asked, customer service said doctor was on leave, asked me to wait till the following week. Poor follow up service, patient should not be the one chasing. Read through some google reviews. Seen some other worse experiences. This will be my last time visiting this clinic.

The doctor is good, didn't face any issues. But the cashier is quite rude. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. She doesn't explain clearly how to take the medication. It is also not indicated well in the medication sticker causing confusion. If we ask some questions or doubts, then she shows her frustrated attitude and her tone changes.

Absolutely unprofessional! The lady at the counter was very rude! I understand that she is a human and she may be having a bad day but this doesn’t give her any excuse to be so rude . The clinic need to sponsor their staff for courses on how to manage their patients! Very disappointing! Not coming back for sure! Ps: Raffles clinic is definitely better in handling their customers .

dr. kimberly ; the locum doctor dont even deserve a star if possible. she didn't even took my temperature or BP even though i told her that i had a fever the night before and she just casually asked 'so are you having a fever now?' and didn't even checked my BP though i said that i have giddiness for the past few days. asked for 2 days MC to rest at home due to the nature of my job but was only given one day to rest & recuperate at home though i told her that i am really feeling very sick with the giddiness and nauseousness. definitely NOT coming back at all. now i finally understood why the clinic is always empty, because the doctors are super unprofessional.

I used to frequent here whenever I need to see a GP. But now the rates have went up quite a bit. Whole duration of consultation was within 1-2 minutes. Was seeing Dr Chua Soo Piang. Not much explanation of my condition was given, and he said he'll prescribe me the medications. I happened to found out one of my medications seal was broken when it was handed to me by the receptionist, and it wasn't labeled with my name sticker.

Seriously the clinic management should do something to improve the staff service quality and attitude. Pls look at the 1 star reviews! The counter staff, one lady who can speak Chinese and Malay is really very rude and temperamental! Pls train her properly before you all put her at service!

I wish to thank Doctor Ang and her staffs being helpful throughtout. Dr Ang had given an extra mile to help me to secure a urgent test to be done within less than 2 hours otherwise I got to wait very long. Thank you once again.

Staff nurses at the reception were warm & friendly. The most outstanding nurse was the one who took our swabs today. She's extraordinarily friendly & warm towards our family. Doctor Ang was professional as usual. Would definitely visit again.
