★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is knowledgeable and listen with attentiveness and care. I am able to share privacy with him like a family doctor ...Who genuinely has the best interest and welfare for you. The downside is I encounter the front end counter staff who doesn't address u as a person and ask me to close glass door without saying please, this makes me annoyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Doc Au, my whole family loves your service but ONE of the lady is always very fierce to all of us (even via phone call can feel the aggresiveness)... imagine we're unwell yet encounter such service, is quite sad. If she can improve, this is really a wonderful clinic to begin with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd visit to this clinic and attended by same clinic assistant with straight-lace face, no empathy and poor customer service attitude. Dr on duty is generally OK but I am not going back to the clinic to have another horrible experience with the clinic assistant which is likely to aggravate my health condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Leonard Au for cold and sore throat on 15 June 2022 for the first time. I informed him of my sensitivity to certain medicine and he was careful not to prescribe too many medicine for me.
Went back a second time for cough and the medicine worked well. Counter staff who swabbed on both occasions and attended to my queries were polite and efficient.
Consultation fee is 23 and above, but I paid 10 because of the Flu Subsidy Scheme as this is a PHPC.
Do note that if you have flu like symptoms, you will have to wait outside the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Au has been attentive and helpful. But one of the nurse (small size and look young) has a serious bad attitude and rude as if we owe her a living.
I had never encountered such a rude nurse. If she is unhappy with her job or having a bad day, quit or try something else. Don’t vent it on the patients.
She think we are happy to be sick or tolerate the long waiting time in clinic?
It seems like I was not the only one encountered this particular nurse. So many reviews about this nurse since 2 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Dr. Au. He is kind and empathetic and listens patiently to our concerns. I have been consulting him for many years now and he always shows care and concern for his patients. But I wonder why he employs such rude front desk staff. They are always aggressive and have zero tolerance. This really puts me off when I visit. Imagine being sick and still being treated like dirt by the receptionists. If that can be improved, this is a great clinic in this area.
