Healthmark Family Clinic - 263 Compassvale St

Book an appointment from the App ManaDr at 2.30pm. App allowed to book every 6 min slot. We arrived at 2.10pm, have been told there is 30 min waiting time... Okay, we sat patiently until 3.27pm. When i asked the nurse why does the App allows to book every 6 min when we have to wait for more then an hour, nurse didnt even bother turn her head to me and said: yeah, sorry, it's Monday. When i asked, you know it's Monday, why not make slots longer, lets say 20 or even 30 min, but it didnt really bother her. When i said okay we are leaving, please make sure we are not charged for this she was like "yeah, okay"... What a messed up service, I really liked Dc Cheong and i book with him even i live elsewhere already, but this is so disappointing to not bother about people's time at all. So, definitely not going back, sorry dc Cheong...

same experience as many postings here. The doctor is good but the front desk personnel are very poor. despite us booking a time slot and arriving there on time, after one hour it was still not our turn. when we approached the front desk personnel to ask, they could not even bother to look up from their computers to talk. needless to say we left without waiting anymore.

Very weird clinic, they will tell you off if there is queue and keep cancelling appointment for my medical review, bought the high blood machine from them and asking why not accurate, they tell me go to manufacturer just after 2 days of purchased ??? -ve stars if there is any.

Counter staff yelled at us for coming before lunchtime (we didn’t know they close around this time) and said “shit” to us. She let us in but then slammed the door and started stomping her feet around the clinic. I would have accepted it if she said they were closed and to come later like any sane customer service personnel would. Very unprofessional. Extremely rude & disrespectful. For new patients, don’t let her treat you this way, speak up and let her know what she did is wrong. Dr David Cheong is nice but he needs to hire new people.

Went there on a Wednesday evening and the doctor who attended to me was Dr. Thong Chee Ming. He was very friendly and straightforward. Also very patient to listen to my health concerns and give answers. The receptionist at that time was also very kind, and accommodating. Thankfully, I didn't encounter the harsh ones as described in other reviews. 4 stars due to consultation fee is quite expensive ($50).

I took serology test to prolong vaccine status last month. The nurses are good and helpful. The doctor is kind, he gave suggestion where we can get vaccine when my mom serology comes out negative.

Dr David is friendly, very patient and professional. And their staffs also very helpful. Environment is also nice and clean. Will definitely visit again if I'm unwell.

I called in the evening and they were full with appointments. Staff was polite enough to accommodate and slot me in. Upon arrival, counter staff was friendly and assisted fast. Doctor David was very friendly and listens to his patient.
