★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management should stop taking delivery orders during peak hours. You may have less sales but you will have reputable brand.
Staffs are not customer focus mainly becuz overloaded with both dine in and delivery orders during peak.
Parents bring their children and their own parents to spend time on a sat and sun morning. You should focus on that. It is a 3 gen in your eatery. The next gen will grow up remembering your brand.
Your food is only passable but u provided convenience to many. Someday your competitors will wipe you out easily with more customer focus, unique concept and better food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have ordered 5 packet of biryani-2 mutton,2 chicken and fish.1 Roti John.
Tastelss Chicken biryani came as the chicken has been drowned in a pool of water.
Mutton biryani came in cubed muttons soaked in curry too.
Fish biryani - was the most horrible one - spoiled fish and very smelly.
Roti John came in as chunk piece of chicken meat was sandwiched between the Roti !
Horrible food . This shop is not suitable to serve food at all . I have attached the receipt and left over food which cant be consumed at all.I going to inform NEA in regards of this issue . I cant grade this shop at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average mamak food. But at a slightly premium price, cause of the location and 24h. My fried egg had some eggshell inside. Didn't have nasi goreng when I visited at 2am. I'd rather head down to the hawker centre just a stone throw away, it's 24h too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my order i requested for drumstick and they said ok so i proceeded with the order and make payment, when i went back home and unpacked the food they gave me a piece of half sided breast meat and with meatless bones, terrible service and i paid $8.50 for it. It does not justify the agreed upon request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order taker / cashier lacks courtesy and patience. An atittude of take or leave. Food was fine. But, specific request made and acknowledged by the staff was not followed. Paying lip service only. The food price is not cheap, but surely it could be compensated with WOW service. Unfortunately, service sucks and the management is not bothered it seems, judging by the negative reviews made thus far.
