β β β β β I like their ramen & rice bowl, delicious & reasonably-priced at $6+, ingredients are of good quality. Their curry is good too, however we cannot buy the curry item as ala-carte, set is at $8+ and I do not want the drink.
Yoshinoya - why canβt you be more flexible and sell the curry item at ala-carte price?
Overall, itβs a good fast-food japanese store. I have been ordering repeatedly from them for years.

β β β β β I was once rejected eating here because it was limited 2 and I was there with my 2 kids and didn't allow to even split table.
I enjoyed the food here but never dine-in anymore since that happened.

β β β β β Yoshinoya standard is from bad to worst, they canβt even serve their 3 main dishes well! Beef is dry without gravy, Chicken is dry and skin is soggy, Salmon isnβt crispy and they canβt even cook the rice properly, HQ should look into this matter or prepare to close it!

β β β β β First time my 10 yr old son was denied to eat Kidβs meal in house. Apparently they put age restriction on food that is suppose to be for kids. NEX branch was not so. They donβt allow you to eat what you want. Menu selection and food quality in this branch is also the worst i have experienced in all Yoshinoya outlets. I ordered Curry salmon and they gave me salmon bowl. This is the last time i visit this branch at compass One

β β β β β A value meal with stomach filling especially lunch time but regret to say the female lady crew working inside the kitchen should be alert n sharp whenever the so-called counter are running out of napkins, small plastic with cover, for toppings. Was THROW TO ME the small plastic cover WHEN I POLITELY ASKED FOR IT. IS THAT WHAT WE SUPPOSEED TO RESERVE, RECEIVE or NOTIFY HER THAT ITEMS AT THE COUNTER WERE SHORT OR NO WHERE TO BE LOCATED AND SHE HAD LOT OF TIMES TALKING.
WE r the paying customers n NOT TO BE TREATED AS HER LIKE, I RATED THIS LADY WAS HAVING BAD WORKING ETHICS, ATTITUDE, WILL APPRECIATE THE MANAGEMENT'S IN THIS OUTLET LOOK into these BASIC COURTESY MATTER?

β β β β β Made 4 purchases from this store, always the same order. Out of thr 24 times I ordered the egg, only 4 times was the egg unbroken. All the other times it appears the egg was just tossed in. There is no pride in this branch. Even when I asked store to mark which item was the different one, they couldn't be bothered, even when the POS said it would be done. Sadly, brand name with no service to back it up. Not going to buy from this brand anymore. For the cost, I can have 3 times as much food from other sellers. Staff can be rude and aloof too. Sadly, it's just a job for many of the staff members. Made a 5th purchae on 23 Feb 2022 to give Yohinoya a chance. I will upload a photo and you decide how they treat eggs. This was via delivery.

β β β β β A nice ramen shop with some flaws but good overall, I had ramen with a drink to go with it, the workers got it wrong twice somehow but besides that they were nice. The food itself was quite nice, ramen has flavour and all. Overall, if they iron out some staff stuff they could probably become a 5 star restrurant, but now, itβs alright.
