Best and Kind doc in my life... Dr Thiow Boon Yin and she have the heart for all patients especially for kids n old people.... medications prescription is good and always consider those small n define details for precautions. Because of her, my late mum willing and able to fight with her cancer for 10 years since her last year departed even the fact, she could not consume any food for this 10 years , only tube feeding. Losing the quality of life but my late mum said the best doc in her life. God bless her and her team...

Dr Sim is very attentive and takes his time to explain everything very clearly. Very good bedside manners! I'll definitely be coming to him again if I need any medical attention.

Worst clinic ever visit. Nurses are rude, queue alway mess up and the waiting time is at least 1.5 to 2 hours.

I visited this clinic for the first time few months ago, as I was nearby the area and had to get medication for stomach pain. To my surprise, the doctor was really thorough in examining me, she was patient, kind and reassuring in checking me. Doctor Thiow Boon Yin is one of the best doctors I have encountered in my life, she is sincere in her job and genuinely concerns about her patients health! She even went to the extra mile of calling me back to check if everything was ok. It is very rare to find such a good doctor nowadays. The clinic also doesn’t over charge and reasonably priced. It was my first visit here and my last. I was having fever with no other symptoms - told Dr Gilbert Sim that I took ART twice at home prior to the clinic & he told me that ART usually not accurate. And below was our conversation, I asked him if the Panadol he’s giving me will it affect my baby because I’m still breastfeeding. And he asked me how old is my baby, I said 8 months Then he say “oh 8 months already can stop breastfeeding already, you still latching your child? You’re at the risk of getting covid you should isolate yourself instead of latching him” And why would you wanna take the risk? Now it’s the time for you to bottle feed him. I've to tell you this incase anything happens, you might not want to risk it. (And I’m only having fever no other symptoms) I told him, I tried bottle feeding my child but he doesn’t want it, occasionally only my husband can bottle feed him & he will takes it. And I can’t isolate myself because usually I’m the only one taking care of my son. So Dr Sim said “then no choice already you have to do something about it” To be honest, I was quite affected after the consultation. I cried and told my husband about it. Who is he to judge if I’m still breastfeeding my son? DOES HE KNOWS WHAT AM I GOING THRU? If only DR SIM could be sensitive about it and his choice of words really just …. speechless. I regretted not standing up for myself. & if he said ART not accurate WHY WOULD HE PROCEED DOING PCR & ART FOR ME? ( Yup PCR first. If you did PCR you wouldn't have to do ART isn't it?)

Dr Thiow and Dr Gilbert Sim are very professional and I'm always impressed with their service and medical expertise. Dr Gilbert Sim is one of the most empathetic and patient doctors I've seen, which is hard to find nowadays. Decided to leave this review as I'm deeply thankful for Dr Sim's advice, and my family sees him for various reasons over the course of past few years. Dr Sim handles emergency situations well. Somehow medication prescribed by both doctors always seem to work for me, even when I had this persistent cough, Dr Thiow managed to help prescribe the right course of medication. Counter staff also very polite and the way they manage and refer swab tests also efficient and follow-up well with a call with patient.

20/2/22 Sun about11.55am, my daughter went there but was told closed by one of the staff and need to check with doctor whether want to see her, waited 10mins to no reply/respond. After checking with her again and said the same thing but to no action to check. Finally I stepped in to said can or cannot rather to let us waiting here and another staff said maybe cannot as they still have something to do. Accepted at least rather to wait there stupidly. What attitude from the 1st staff and totally differently from the 2and staff.

Currently for the month of March 22 they are not operating during night time and weekends. Only Monday to Friday morning to afternoon timing. I will like to salute the professionalism of the team of doctors n nurses esp Dr sim who is still so chirpy and being so patient despite seeing so many covid patients during this period. However the $10 package which includes only basic medication is not enough to allow patients to recover properly and no fault of theirs though. Would still strongly recommend this clinic in bedok area to visit if u need a good and patient doctor.
