Doctor Locum is polite, but the clinic can at least put another number display facing the outside so as to allow waiting patients to know it's their turn. Asked nurse whether can call the patients waiting outside or give a call but nurse at counter say cannot. Waiting area narrow n many were coughing at that time. Time to do some improvement .

Queued up at least 15 minutes before clinic opened. Clinic was crowded had a long queue by then. After registering there were 8 people before me so they told me waiting time is about 40mins. I waited 1 hour 15mins to see the doctor for 8 people before me. Nurses were so rude at the reception were so rude. I’m not feeling well and I’m unable to even stand and the way she spoke to me was horrible. Doctor Locum was very nice she was so sweet.

The locum, Dr Ho was very nice and professional but the service from the counter staff was subpar, condescending and bizarre. Two young girls at the counter staff side eyed each other when my family of 4 came in. It was clear from their body language that neither wanted to do our registration. I said "Hi" and made eye contact purposefully to one of the girls, who just stared point blank at and then.... ignored me. My husband and I just waited to be served by these two who obviously didn't want to, and it was painfully awkward. The clinic only had two patrons when we arrived, which was at about 5.15pm. Finally, one of them asked who the patient was, and we told them our 12 month old is sick. They both gave darting looks at each other again and told us to go see the specialists at other clinics instead for our daughter. I explained that the PD clinics (Thomson medical and Raffles Jr) were closed and that's why we were at their clinic. They told us that they would have to check with their doctor, something which they should have done from the start instead of trying to drive us away at a time when we needed to see a doctor urgently. After the doctor's consult, medicine was dispensed with very quickly. ART swab test was done on our baby, and I waited at the clinic with her for the results. Waited for a good 10 minutes before rude counter staff remarked: "so you've done the swab test? Collected meds? Then can go off". Wow. So I clarified again, how about the results? She brushed me off and said results will be out on HealthHub app. Well, if you only bothered to tell me or my husband this earlier, we wouldn't have occupied so much of your precious space at the clinic. The vibe from this place is just unfriendly. Customer service is sorely lacking. This would be the first and last time we are getting our medical care from this clinic.

At around 13 Feb 2022, after visiting MINMED clinic at Waterway Point, I tried calling them at around 11:45am to double check on the current protocol for C+ patient who's on recovery programme, they didn't pick up the line at all despite it was rung through 5 times out of 33 times of calling them. There's room for improvement definitely. Also, I find the waiting area inside the clinic is small and narrow for visiting patients and accompanying family members to sit and feel at ease given the current state of this pandemic.

I came here to do my pre-departure PCR test ($77), and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was. I'd made an appointment on the website before coming. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes, the doctor was quick about it. Got my results early by email the next morning, even though I took it at 5PM. Great job and thank you very much :-)

Terrible service from the counters. Zero compassion for sick patients. People are sick that's why they visit the clinic and instead making things easier. They made life more difficult for the patients. 06/02/2022 4pm. The people at the swab stations were even more helpful than the nurses at the counters. SHAM!

Waited for almost 1.5 hours and yet to be my turn. Approached clinic assistant at the counter to ask for waiting hours and they mentioned that have to wait approximately another 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting about 20 mins, the clinic assistant said that they will tell the doctor about it and finally approached me to a Locum Doctor. Doctor wasn’t friendly and just consulted less than 2 minutes for overall. Overall clinic assistant is still helpful.

Compared to 2020, now staff is very supportive and dynamic. Doctors are good, quality of diagnosis by locum Dr. Is same as compared to general doctor. This clinic is little far from my place but it's with walking. Around 6 persons can wait inside keeping one seat vacant. You can do online booking prior to leaving home and can save waiting time. There is "Minmed Connect" app to do booking. It'll be improvement if screen showing queue number is visible from outside.
