โ โ โ โ โ I was there last night to repair a faulty backpack zipper and the shop staff fixed it within 30 mins. I felt a little apprehensive before visiting the shop due to the below average reviews here, but it turned out pretty well for me. The service was quite friendly and the price was affordable (I was quoted 6 times more at the first shop that I visited). Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ I had repair for bag strap done by them before, was a good first impression. BUT recently I whatsapp the mobile number they provided to enquire about the possibility of repairing a split seam. The response and attitude was very disappointing. I don't even usually write google reviews but I had to. Stop treating your customers like they are lesser beings/not worth your time. Don't even get a business whatsapp if you are not keen on answering enquiries.

Does literally all repairs (I'm not fussy). My handbags, cabin luggage, hiking backpack, down jacket, even my patent evening sandals which had a scratch. All were restored as promised by uncle.
Superb value for money compared with others, probably cos of its location and low rental. Got a shock comparing other's prices to his.
Never mind uncle straight talking. He is just being concerned. He is overall the best in town. Strongly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Called to enquire about whether they do repair zippers for bags before I make a trip down to the shop. A rude person answered the call, I think its the boss, so I asked him for a rough estimate of cost. yet he insists to bring down the bag.
When I insist for the rough estimate with picture send to him, he ask me to find others . Hence , this ah beng boss is a very rude and unprofessional person. Warning to those who look for him for repair, pls beware and not get tricked after he damage your item and ask you find others.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a professional experience, totally not like what the rest of the reviews mentioned. Shop owner did not gave an ah beng attitude or rude per say, my son's school bag's broken zipper was replaced within an hour. Uncle even text me to notify collection. No cocky at all.
