★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor platform design, and very buggy. After taking 30 minutes to set up my account a month ago, I can't login today. The password reset link also doesn't seem to work. I wish mydoc would stress test their portals extensively before wasting everyone's time.
edit/update review on sept 2020: IT help desk solved my login problem. after a few months of use i think myDoc is a decent platform. however, my hypertension meds always seem to be out of stock and I have to go Guardian to pickup. Other than that, using myDoc is a breeze. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a clinic to draw the blood samples on 23 Nov 2021, till now i have not receive my report. Despite several emails followup sent, same answer given - issue with lab's report server. So, is it right to let the customer wait till the report is available?? if i were to do the health screening at a private clinic i would have gotten my report within a week.
Furthermore, with this kind of delay and service, i would doubt the reliability of the report. If the lab has lost my report, it would be best for your company to inform me if i need to retake the blood.
This will be my last time using mydoc service.
