Dr Saiful is very caring and patient in attending to my concerns in my medical issues. He also gives very practical preventive advices to follow..worth the wait for consultation..

Today morning I visited this centre. The receptionist and doctor both are rude, misbehaved.One smile face can make some ones day and their behavior spoiled my day. Response to your answer: Exactly this arrogance and rudeness was reported. More than one hour was the waiting time. No one can be almost allert for more than an hour. Does this justify your yelling? Does that justify insulting?

Dr. Saiful is easily the nicest community clinic doctor I've met in Singapore. He is very caring and attentive, unlike some other doctors I've met who treat their patients like a case number. Since we moved to West Coast, he has become the first line of medical care for my whole family.

Book an appointment at 2.30pm. Asked the receptionist how long more do I have to wait at 3pm. They said doctor is not back yet. He went for Friday prayers, I understand and is totally fine with the doctor going for prayers. Then do not open up the 2.30pm slot for appointments if they can't make it.

Dr Saiful is very approachable and makes one comfortable during consult. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Honestly, one of the best clinic I have went in West Coast. The docter, Mr Saiful is kind. Even the nurses here treats u with respect. Something that is very hard to see during this COVID suitation

I went for my booster jab at this clinic and met with the most ATROCIOUS staff with zero hygiene. First I had to wait close to 45 minutes despite having an appointment slot and the receptionist was rude and dismissed me. Then, the staff wanted to administer my jab WITHOUT sanitising his hands nor wearing gloves. When I questioned him politely if he was going to do so, he rolled his eyes, sighed and said that he had a long day so please stop making it difficult for him. I was stunned, I merely asked a simple question as it is basic hygiene and his responsibility to administer the jab safely. He was typing on the computer keyboard before this, so how were his hands clean and sanitized? He even told me sternly to get out of the clinic if I didn’t feel comfortable. I am truly horrified by his atrocious attitude and unprofessionalism and do not wish for anyone to experience the same thing as I did. Please AVOID this clinic at all costs.

My whole family been following Dr Saiful. He has always been very patience with my kids and they are comfortable with him. Recently I brought my mum who is suffering from Parkinson to see him. As she been avoiding taking medication, he was able to convince her to take it. My mum been treated by him is also happier and kept telling me to thank him and praise his patience and his good medical advise rendered.
