Went to the shop around 8pm, there was only one customer inside and the staff was chatting happily. Approached one of the China lady and asked if they 30mins neck & shoulder massage is available and she seems unwilling to reply me. Totally unskillful massages. No relaxation but only pain. Not professional Black face when collecting payment Been to the same shop before and other outlets all of them are friendly and skillful. Total disappointment in the NEX outlet.

Staff attitude and don't have product knowledge. Simple question they don't understand and seems not interested in taking other races.

Been here a few times. There are good and bad masseur/masseuse. Among all, I can recommend Andy - strong & firm pressure on accupoints. Ask for a masseur(male) if possible. Avoid the more senior masseuse(female), din get her name. My back is better off without the massage. Usually ppl push from the center of the back outwards, she used her elbow to press towards the inside from the side. Can't give the exact description but you will know if you get her.

Attitude staffs. Will never step in that place. At least get someone better to be a reception please.

Going to this place is like playing a jackpot machine, you will never know what you are getting. Went there for the neck shoulder and back massage for 1hr twice. First time the massage was excellent. It was by a Malay lady which used different techniques and never really repeating steps. Second time it was done by a old Chinese lady. The massage was probably the worst I had in my life. I would say that at least 40/60mins was doing the same thing using her elbow to press onto both sides of my spine over and over again(which honestly was really inconsistent as sometimes it would feel painful, sometimes not at all). Also to my understanding of massage, the masseur should gently increase the pressure upon contact with the body but most of the time I just felt she was pushing me literally. This place does not allow you to call and book unless you sign packages with them which is either $130 or $250. If you walk in even on a weekday afternoon highly likely you will have to wait for awhile. To conclude, if you go to this place and find that the masseur is good, ask for his/her name and book the masseur the next time you go(which means you need a a package). Else don’t bother, you can pay $10 more and get a higher quality massage elsewhere. If you want to try your luck and play jackpot go for it, I wish you all the best.

Got the neck shoulders back and foot massage special for $40 for an hour from Kate, wow!! What aj amazing experience… totally worth it and Kate was getting all the right areas working the knots out and stretching the muscles! Will be back again for sure!

Our #1 massage go to place for years now. We always call in advance to book as they are quite full but you must have a package with them. 1hr rate is very cheap compared to most places. My husband likes to be massaged by Andy and I usually get anyone available. Majority of them are strong and presses at the right spots. If not strong enough, can always ask them nicely to press harder. Love this place a lot! (:
