★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife says it was your standard typical reliable mcdonald's. I disagree, it had great fast customer service, the staff clean tables with a smile, and while seating can be limited, there is cold ac. 5 stars!

Why Person tending to icecream stand not wearing gloves? So unhygienic. I realised it only when i was watching him making my ovaltine mcflurry, he was fixing the mcflurry spoon into the machine w his bare hands ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So on 12 may 2022, i went to this mcdonalds to buy the mcspicy upsized meal but when I bought the meal and went home to eat it,I was furious as the drink was supposed to be sprite but they give pure water instead and the fries was supposed to be large but they gave medium fries so next time if u go to a mcdonalds,and take takeaway food,make sure to check if the order is correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always too crowded for my liking but i guess that's what you get for a Macs in a prime location,experiences were generally ok but there's this older guy always shouting numbers for collection point,,he's really loud so he strikes my attention as i manage fnb businesses as well..it's happened about 4-5 times i'm there now..he always uses a condescending tone to talk to guests as if we didn't know any better..he really needs to work on his attitude..once he waved at me to show him my receipt number like he was calling for a waiter or taxi..what's he insinuating that i would fake an order number? i know mac managers aren't really there to "manage" but really this guy needs a hold..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order SME meal and Hotcake meal. Missing SME meal and the hotcake meal came with coffee. Ridiculous. Even the hotcake meal also sent wrong, send me big breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has aged over many years. The service crew literally stood behind the counter shouting out queue numbers for 2 hrs consecutively when I was dining there. It was crowded, chaotic, movements are restricted due to high volume of human traffic. I hope McDonald's management is paying the crew well & the restaurant could be renovated to improve our dining experience.
