My husband and I dec­ided to try for a ba­by when I am in my late thirties but wit­hout much luck after more than a year. At that point, we then decided to check on our fertility heal­th condition at a hospital. My​ obstetrician and gyn­aecolgist recommended IVF treatment in light of the fact that I am nearing 40 soon.​ ​ The fertality test results showed that I have a healthy qual­ity of​ eggs but the success rate is on­ly 20% if we opt for the IVF treatment.​ As I do not like to have hormones inje­cted into me and in view of the fact that the success rate is not very high, we decided not to take up the IVF treatme­nt. However, we did not give up and decided to seek alternative treatment with Tradi­tional Chinese Medic­ine for my irregular menses.​ I consult­ed with Physician Ma Yong Hong at Kin Te­ck Tong, Chinatown branch, and with ju­st 2 consultations, I immediately noticed an improvement in my menses flow which alleviated my menst­rual discomfort. I continued to consult Physician Ma for my conceiving issue and after taking TCM for 7 months, I was pr­egnant and finally give birth to a hea­lthy baby in June 20­21.​ ​ I would strongly rec­ommend​ Physician Ma Yong Ho­ng of Kin Teck Tong to anyone having tro­uble conceiving beca­use the care and treatment we have rec­eived has been fanta­stic. Also, the care and service from st­aff at Kin Teck Tong is great. We are be­yond grateful and ca­nnot thank them enou­gh.​

Very disappointing experience. 2 mins consultation with a PRC Female doctor , was told there is “no solution to your skin problem ” , but “we still have to charge you for speaking with me” . Even the reception is surprised it took only 2 mins time and All she cares about is money. Will not recommend this place at all!!

Thankful to have gotten ah bin as my tuina therapist. Really helped me with my tightness and he knows his stuffs!

Therapist Judy is really rude. Come experience her attitude yourself.Front desk staff is equally rude. If you don't want to pay and be served rudely, don't visit Chinatown branch. Or at least do yourself a favour, avoid Judy at all cost.

Highly recommend - ah bin (tuina therapist) Have been visiting him since when he was in singpost and now shifted to chinatown outlet. Highly skilled and good therapist with precision on identifying muscle or body pain. After each sessions can feel the difference. Been seeing him for trigger finger , sprain, gastric and back ache.

Highly recommended for TCM treatment - Dr. Zhang Yufei！！！！?????? When seeing a herb doctor, you must find a doctor you are familiar with and trust. Dr. Zhang Yufei is a doctor I trust very much. He is professional in acupuncture and moxibustion, and can accurately determine the problem and prescribe the right medicine. Be kind and communicate like a friend, so that the patient will not be afraid to seek medical treatment because of halo needle.???

Highly recommended for TCM treatment - Physcian Ma I have been trying to get pregnant but no news so i tried visiting Physician Ma Yong Hong. She prescribed me several herbal medicines together with the weekly acupunture at the womb area. My hands and legs become warm within 1month treatment. Subsequently I managed to get pregnant. I have a healthy baby now - 6months old :) Physician Ma is very patient, understanding and gentle. Would recommend to anyone who is trying to get pregnant to try out at this branch - Chinatown Point. thanks,
