β β β β β I simply love the plum green guava ice mix. I have noticed that the company no longer uses plastic carrier and has switched to paper carrier. That is something I give credits to N 17 for the dare to Change spirits. It is simply too wasteful to deploy plastic Carrier. Thank you for going Green. I will support the drink. ???

β β β β β Being their first outlet I found that the decor was minimalist and tasteful.
The Owner was pleasant and enthusiastic about their tea and its characteristics. The tea itself, I ordered Okinawan brown sugar milk tea, was a refreshing tea. Mildly sweet and distinctively flavoured.

β β β β β I was just there. I wanted to buy 10 cups. I asked about the chope deals. I asked about toppings. The girl staff was so unhelpful. She asked me to look at the toppings menu myself. Just generally so unfriendly. The boy looked ready to help. I give 2 star for him looking like he wanted to help. But the girl was serving. Anyway, I decided to take my business to I-Tea down the road at Beauty World Center. The management should look into more training for the staff. They were not busy at all.

β β β β β The drinks are ok, theyβre nice. And the packaging is really nice too. But the service is not very good. They would almost never have anyone at the front counter to take your order and have no bell to call them either. I can say this because I order every week and every week is the same. The staff arenβt super friendly either.

β β β β β Nice selection of tea. They also have a student promotion if you show your student card. Very nice gesture so that bubble tea can be more accessible to students especially in less affluent areas.
