The noodles was simple and well executed. Springy , void of any yeast taste and pairs very well with the soy mince meat sauce. Comes with meat broth with 3 handmade meatballs as well.
Prawn soup is with a seafood broth. In there were prawns, prawn paste, lala clamps, spinach and an egg. Added on century eggs as well since it’s a good companion to the greens. Refreshing without been overpowering.
They have other items like chicken chop noodles, wantons and egg spinach soup dishes as well. Noticed that they have 6 pots of broth in the store, with different flavors for different dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trio Shrimp Spinach Soup (三虾苋菜汤). The soup comes with 3 FRESH shrimps, some clams, dumplings, spinach and an onsen egg. TASTY and not too salty. $6.50 per bowl!
Worth eating again! The stall is inside Wave 9 Food Court, no stall sign , just a golden “福” logo.Do note the noodle- making machine inside the kitchen!?
