★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Eugene is by far the best doctor I ever met. I did my Relex Smiles surgery with him. He is very professional at his work, makes me feel at ease with his cheerful and outgoing attitude. I did not feel any stress at all during the surgery. My recovery time was also very speedy. His team is also very friendly and reassuring, guiding me through the procedures and processes. Nova Eye Centre gives me a very homely feel, with the soothing music and aromatic diffusers. Best decision ever to undertake Relex Smiles with Dr Eugene and having perfect eyesight ever since.
Keep up the good work Dr Eugene and team!

His staff Karen and Eunice are both very sweet, patient and understanding as well, they are both friendly and welcoming too. 100% recommend this to others.

Per my sister's flawless surgery with him the previous year, I knew I had to have him too. His expertise and smooth hands made the Smile Relex go great. Both of my eyes recovered by the day after the surgery with no pain or scratches. I can see well and clearly!! So thankful! Dr. Eugene Tay and his staff were personal, friendly, warm, and welcoming. You will be treated specially and personally. Another doctor wouldn't be able to do it. Excellent!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great!!! I initially visited another clinic but felt like that doctor was just trying to upsell me more expensive (and risky) surgery options. But these r my eyes and not a facial package!!!
Dr Eugene Tay is totally different from that first doctor. He really takes patient concerns into consideration and will make recommendations based on what suits your eyes and your preferences. He also patiently breaks down the surgery process so you know exactly what is going on. After the surgery, the follow up care is very meticulous. The clinic itself is very clean and peaceful. Making appointments for the surgery + follow ups was super easy thanks to the efficient staff! (Special thanks to Eunice!! ?) If you are looking for someone to take care of your eyes, I highly recommend Nova Eye Centre!

I was so nervous when I was lying inside the operating theatre.
Thank you to Mr Eugene and the team especially Rachel and Karen who brought me well and answered to my concerns professionally.
The whole process was fast and the recovery was faster than my expectation compared to the one did by my friends earlier on by other eye centres.
Again I wish to say thank you to the centre by giving us a wonderful experience that I could see things clearly within an hour after the operation.

Dr. Eugene took the time to answer all of my concerns before and after the surgery. The surgery itself was also very fast and smooth. I did not feel any stress or discomfort during the operation. I also appreciate that he would explain each step and reassure me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an ophthalmology clinic! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cataract operated on by Dr Eugene, something which could have been very scary was actually better than I had hoped.
The technology that Dr Eugene and his team use is up to date and the lens I got in my eye has so far been life changing.
The team at the nova eye center are also amazing, they are professional and efficient and also care.
All in all I cannot recommend highly enough!
