I was fortunate to find Nuffield.
The receptionist was kind, patient and empathic about the situation I was facing.
The doctor was assertive, professional and quick- zero pain during the procedure.
The place absolutely clean. The process they have (X-ray-medication, prescription) all was structured, and clear.
Finally, the price was very reasonable (compared with all the services I reviewed).
In Nuffield, people provide a human experience that usually happens when there is a connection between job and life purpose.
Congratulations, and keep going!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd highly recommend Dr Saqid, he's a gentle and knowledgable dentist who has a very calm demeanour. He did many standard check ups for me and also expertly repaired my front tooth after I accidentally chipped it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first came in to register, the receptionist was warm, patient and friendly. The clinic assistant was also gentle with my son during the dental x-ray procedure.
The clinic is sparkling clean and definitely child-friendly. Dr Saqib introduced himself to my son to ease his visit. He made an attempt to chat briefly with the child. It wasn't my son's first visit to the dentist (we just moved house, hence looking for a dental clinic nearby) but was the first with Nuffield Seletar. Dr Saqib gave a thorough explanation on the x-ray, shared a few tips on dental care that sometimes parents may overlook and reassured me everything is in order. Thank you for the pleasant visit. This will not be our last one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally had my impacted wisdom tooth removed at Nuffield Seletar! This wisdom tooth extraction surgery is my first, hence I was extremely nervous. The nurses (I forgot to ask for their names), receptionist (I believe her name is Uma) as well as Dr Robin did a fantastic job at calming my nerves. They were especially patient and explained everything to me clearly and calmly. The nurse that was assisting Dr Robin during the surgery encouraged me by giving me a pat on my shoulder during the procedure as she noticed that I was scared. Overall a very pleasant visit! I will be going back to remove the other impacted wisdom tooth after CNY.
