Would like to drop a thank you note to Mr Meng Hon for his exceptional service, patience and professionalism. I've visited the shop a few weeks ago with my hubby to get a new pair of sunglasses. We entered the shop with no idea of the design that would fit us. However, with his exceptional customer service and product knowledge, we ended our shopping experience with 2 very nice pairs of sunglasses that we both love. Thank you once again for the great experience!

very disappointed by the new change in staff. The lady who is the manager there is extremely rude. I have been a customer of W suntech since 3years now. have been buying glasses, frames, sunglasses lense and everything from there. But they recently goofed up my lenses and made me go to their shop four times (as it was their fault i asked them to deliver the new lenses to my house, but they had a very cold and unhelpfull reaction, they did not give mereplacement/ trial lenses and were trying their luck by asking me money to buy the whole box of trial lenses. Apart from that she was behaving as if its my fault that the lenses were not right. You lost a big customer because of the rude and lazy manager

My wife and I went to the Suntec store twice, within a week. Why? Because we liked their service so much, my wife and I decided to go back a second time to get other glasses. They gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever received, providing me with oftalmological information which I have never received in my life. Mind you, I've been wearing glasses for 30 years. Emilia, Brandon, and about three other members attended to our needs in the most professional manner. It's an outstanding place to purchase glasses. Great job!

Impressed by the customer service. The lady serving us was very attentive of our needs and gave us very nice options.. understanding the needs perfectly before advising the frames is very important.

Yee Leen (the senior optometrist) at W Optics has been treating my daughter for almost 2 years now. Given it’s an invasive form of myopia intervention, we were careful to go with an optometrist we felt we could communicate well with. Yee Leen has been very professional but also caring. Making sure that the processes to ensure long term success are set up well right from the start eg. making sure the child can handle the insertion and extraction of the lenses themselves. The checks are always thorough too, from cornea health to checking on whether the eyesight is (still) perfect. Recently, my daughter incurred a scratch on her cornea. Yee Leen immediately stopped the lens wearing and prescribed drops. She monitored my daughter closely and in 2 weeks or so, the issue had resolved itself!

I'm only 3 years customer of this shop. but will not go anymore. (sigh, need to find another shop in singapore) my experience here was, 1. I asked them to replace lens for 2years old plastic oakley frame. they noticed me that the frame might be broken by replace lens. waited result for 2 weeks. 2. after 2 weeks later, SMS came "frame is broken. " so i agreed with replace to other stock. waited result for 2 weeks. 3. after 2 weeks again, i go down to the shop. staff showed me the new lens with the new frame. it was DAMAGED. (why no one noticed the damage???) staff says " will check with Oakley if they can do something for the frame". "but this is last item. so can't get new one". I just bring it back to home till waiting reply from Oakley. 4. after a week, they asked me to pass it them to sending repair. asked to manager "just to repair a pair or lens, why should i come here so many time?" the manager replied " how many times you come?" 5. after a week, I visit and collected the item. If I went to those cheap shop, i think above procedure is reasonable. but above 500sgd per item shop shouldn't be like this. even 100% shop side fault, why they still try not to say sorry and let user pay extra cost is really terrible. previously here had nice staff. but seems the guy left the shop more than year ago. --- ADD result @9May the replaced lens lousy quality. the eye sight became yellowish. the person didn't mentioned about it at all. but who want to see blue sky as green sky....

Immaculate service by senior optometrist Yileen Chua for many reasons. She’s will check, double check and cross check your past eyewear, your comfort level and additionally your cornea health. Been visiting her and the place for long! Highly recommended also with the wide selection of frames with the usual suspects of Tom Ford, Gucci, Fendi, Chanel., Rayban There’s also some other more hippie Brand’s such as Lotos and some other Korean Brand’s in store.

I bought my first glass at their branch at Causeway Point, but now it is closed. I went to the Suntec branch looking for another staff, but she was not available. Jason attended me. I had to go back twice to check for my prescription. He was very professional and friendly in his service. Always patient, kind and attentive to everything. He even fixed my old glass while waiting for the new lens to be ready. W Optics will be my choice even though it's a bit expensive. High-quality product and excellent service. Thank you, Jason. ??
