★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sending my 12yo beagle, Sky, to Olivia for full grooming/spa since Dec'20 and every session has been fantastic - for both Sky and I! Olivia is very patient and attentive to the needs of my senior dog, always taking the time to put her at ease and ensuring she's in a stress-free environment which I'm very grateful for. That's on top of doing a professional job with getting Sky well groomed, clean and fragrant, she always comes home in a cheerful mood! Olivia also kindly recommended available treatments that could alleviate certain conditions that Sky was having, such as the Aurveda spa for dry/oily skin and Miracle Pro-Paw spray for red/sore paws which worked well. The safety and well-being of my pet is important to me and I can always count on Olivia to do a good job - highly recommend her home grooming services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying home based grooming and it's definitely a great experiece! Olivia was very patient and understanding towards my senior dog whom hated grooming due to bad experience from past grooming sessions. She gave my dog alot of time to get used to both her and the environment and showered my dog with tons of praises and love. My dog was happy, satisfied and well groomed by the end of her session. Definitely recommend her to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olivia is a wonderful groomer to my toy poodle, cookie! Cookie hates grooming from a young age but after we met Olivia, cookie seems a lot more relaxed during her sessions. She even runs to greet Olivia. Olivia’s love for dogs made her the most suitable groomer for cookie. Thank you Olivia for being cookie’s groomer❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought FeeFee for basic grooming 2x at Olliepawlie. Overall happy with the grooming:
- good quality basic grooming and FeeFee smells so nice and clean
- Groomer Olivia is very patient with FeeFee as she hates grooming
- olivia provides real time updates on the grooming process via whatsapp. This gives owners a pc of assurance as we are not at the grooming premises
- olivia gives useful tips on proper grooming techniques
-price is reasonable for the quality and customer service. Location is good as we are staying at Yishun.
