β β β β β Very bad service. First day I went there, The receptionist ask me to make appointment. The next day I went for the βappointmentβ, waited for one hour but still never see the doctor. The receptionist told me, you still have to wait even if you have appointment, and I donβt know when the doctor can see you.

β β β β β Doctor Ng is super polite and kind. Gave distractions so I dont feel too painful. Gave follow up advice as well which only happen in drama as I thought but today it happened to me. Very touched. Thanks for your execllent services.

β β β β β Bad receptionist and long waiting.
Called in the morning to make appointment. Was told to come at 11.40am. I came at 11.15am to register, waited until 12.10pm and not called yet. Went to ask the receptionist and was told βsoonβ and brushed off.
I saw quite a number of patients that came later than me but was given priority.
Perhaps it was my first visit after many years, thatβs why was being given a second class citizen treatment.
Doctor is patient and friendly nevertheless.
