★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse clinic I had been to.. Front office staff not polite. The Doctor don't let you describe your illness properly. Talk halfway answer handphone ask you go outside to wait, then call you back in. Why this clinic can survive?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist should be more polite when dealing with patients, kind of arrogant and impatient when answer call. Sometime just cant wait us to finish our sentence. Please train your staffs if couldn't treat patients politely. We're not come free and we already feel sick, not fair for us to get rude treatment. If staff not enjoy to serve people, pls don't work as front line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Janet Lee is patient and skilled doctor. Did a medical check up and had to do a blood test. Given that my veins are hard to locate for my arm (trust me, i've been to multiple clinic and hospitals and they always had to poke more than once to draw my blood), she was very skilled and was able to identify and draw blood in one shot. Very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff need to be trained for phone answering skills and relating to customers in person. Without asking customers the relevant questions or allowing customers to explain themselves, the receptionist I related to this morning was presumptuous, defensive and rude. She definitely left me with an unhappy transaction memory at the clinic.
