You can book your appointment using the HealthHub on the same day. Need to do it at after 12am to get your desire slot. The polyclinic may be busy on certain days and you need to be patient with the staffs.

Only today my visit to Dr. Tharsan RENGANATHAN was abit shocking as he was curious and sarcastic as to why I’m on medical leave for repetitively and said couldn’t give me mc anymore if i come again next time. What a nonsense as if he’s putting his personal opinion rather than professional opinion about my condition as to why I’m requesting medical certificate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son to do a booster shot here on Saturday. They only do it 9am to 3pm on weekdays and 8am-11am on Saturdays. We came at 10am and were waiting for 1 hour, not because there were many people waiting, there were only 3 people before us, but because they were “waiting for vaccine to dilute”. So, nothing was happening in the center for this reason for one hour! People were just sitting and waiting. There is no appreciation for other people’s time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the most bad service clinic in woodlands , the system was very slow , the doctor also look not showing their care to the patient , they just want to rush to patient , look not so competen and profesional , i came here so many time no choice bcause this poly is the nearest one from my house , the staff service also very slow ,.. the queue is veryyyyyyy long , imagine a mom like me who had struggle with toddler but need to wait for long time ... 1 pm to 5.37 pm but my number never call , consider this clinic also can't book app by online ... so horrible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a few times with my parents and evryting is good except for the appointment making counter portion. They can make you wait for hours! When asked if the number is in the system waiting to be called, the response was not "Sorry we are experiencing high volume at the moment, please give us awhile more." But you only wait one hour and the others wait longer than you. So does that justify the ridiculous long waiting time!? There are freaking 11 counters open for goodness sake and the area is not packed or full. Its going to be almost lunch time. Goodness.

Patient were very rude to staff at blood department. One middle aged indian patient even talking very loudly and rudely and being very demanding saying that he got made special arrangement to have his test done earlier because he is going to be employed by the clinic. The staff tried to explain politely but this fella couldn't even bothered to listen and expects people to follow his way. Is this the kind of attitude polyclinic wants to employ? No mutual and don't even know how to respect for internal staff? The staff may have to follow rules that has been set up for her. To check first. It doesn't kill to wait for a short moment. This fella do not need to be so rude. With internal staff he can be so demanding. What else when he has to work as frontliner. Polyclinic must think carefully employing this kind of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment system in place for fun. Doesn't matter if you have one or not, first come first serve. One thing good over here is that that will call your number for almost 5-10 times before going to another number AND THEN BACK TO IT. They don't know when to give up on those who missed their queue or don't even bother to wait at the waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out for the doctor(can’t remember her name), she is a Vietnamese maybe?, I done my Pap smear on 18 Feb 2022. Her service is SUPERB, this is the BEST experience of Pap smear that I had done so far,. She is super gentle, soft talking, and clear explanation. A patient and professional frontliner is really important to us. Appreciated your service. THANK YOU SO MUCH?
