โ โ โ โ โ Ootoya! Seriously! Are you joking!!!! I ordered the kimchi soup which when I eat at the restaurant it comes in a big pot and look at your delivery standard! Not even half portion from restaurant and price much higher than dine in! This is cheating!

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely disappointed. Portions for rosu katsu extremely small. Meat was dry and hard. Cannot compare with other competitors like tonkichi or ma Maison. Definitely will not visit again. Terrible food.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed. The attitude of waitress was very bad. Took the wrong order but still giving ugly face.
Also the food is way too different from the menu.The menu shows thick beef steak, but the actual just one thing slice of beef coated with thick flour. Understand the picture is for illustration purpose, but this is way more deceiving.
Will not come again!

KUROZU pork
Kurozu means black vinegar in Japanese.
The pork slices was intensely flavoured. Fried pork was nicely done, skillfully fried without any off putting oily flavor.
The vegetables were really freshl, crunchy lotus roots with juicy brinjal.
The miso soup was a tad too salty but sinfully enjoyable .

โ โ โ โ โ It was a feast with the Dinner Set! Huge portions, delicious Japanese fare. We loved the Torotoroni with its thick umami soup. Oyakodon was fragrant and great on the chew. Staff service was a little intimidating at times, but overall experience was still good.

โ โ โ โ โ Food quality is not bad. A chain store from Japan. Portion size is good enough for the set. But the chawanmushi steam egg size can increase. Itโs always too small.
Understaffed so the waitress was running around and service a bit slow but understandable.
Pricing is ok and reasonable. Good that thereโs promotion with rewards points. But itโs covid time, wish they donโt have to touch our phone to key in the reward pin code.
They also have delivery. Which is good for parties or gathering. Ordered for delivery a few times. Nice. Will purchase delivery or dine in there again in future.
