★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude and pushing customer away for servicing. 1st time visit, was on thursday where service centre is not operating. Sales girl try hint me that its the motherboard issue normally due to the fast charge instead of battery. 2nd visit, No stock for battery for a 4 years old phone, and no more in production. If thats the case, do not buy high end oppo phone , even though the phone outlast the technology, but the after sales service does not support. I am impressed by oppo fast charging tech and their staff. Waste my trip coming to suntec twice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad at Suntec? this is the first time I come across after service my hp all details gone?The customer service dept b4 service they dun do any backup for U and after service, it is worse than b4 service. I use to go Jurong point side, the service is good and friendly ?understand that now the customer service only at Suntec. It is so inconvenience for we old people, will be appreciated the management will look into it, thanks. Will try for few day b4 go back to Suntec again ?? Very disappointed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. After spending 600 S$ for a new phone and spending another big lump of money to fix it just 4 days later, they "don't have" a cover in store to replace mine but I can buy one of course.
The store was crowded with customers who wanted to speak to customer service. I think this speaks for itself.
Oppo, no thank you.

Especially the lights and the service counter where lighting is too strong and emitting lots of heat to both your staff and the customers. The queue number screen is terrible where the words are so small, totally unfriendly to customers.
But anyways the repair was fast, 1-hour only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed with the duty staff, every one of them. While I was waiting for servicing my phone, I strolled around to view some phones; I noticed that every staff who attended to the customer were sincere, friendly & polite. Two Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Or rather no service at all. Refused to even check my device even though it's on warranty and the service guys can simply make up a reason or say device is fine. The response is super slow too. Like not interested or just do as they wish.
