★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came to get my laptop resetted as i was completely locked out of it; no access at all.
the staff working there were very welcoming and their working attitude seemed like they are truly trying their best to get my issues resolved in the best way possible.
initially the staff notified that my laptop couldn't be fixed on the same day as their technician wasn't around, but reassured me that it'll be ready by the next day. however when i left the place to make my way home, they called and notified me that they are able to get it done later on the same day!
i seriously appreciate the prompt & amazing service. all my praises go to all of the staff that attended to me on 11 & 12 feb 2022.
the price for the reset is $60. it's a reasonable price. they accept cash or paynow.
i do recommend coming down here to get your devices fixed. the staff there are willing to try their best to see what they can do to solve our device issue.
the team also mentioned that if they are unable to fix our device, they will not charge us.
