★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a brochure on my 7.7 parcel that they have a few outlets in SG so I wanted to go down and purchase a few beauty items. I went to Vivo and it seems like the salesperson there only know 1 brand and insist on recommending me Bolah skincare when I never even heard of this brand? I saw that the store carries a lot of others brands but the staff there doesn't even know other products. I am looking for serums and got recommended with health supplements and sunscreens.
Please, even the salesperson at Fairprice or Watsons knows their products way better. I highly suspect that Bolah is their own in-house brand hence they keep on pushing that brand for the sake of commission. In this case, might as well only sell this brand at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store carries lots of cool products... staff very knowledgeable especially Christie whom I bought many products from. she even went above and beyond her job to help me when I left the newly bought products from her at Cold Storage just before closing and went home. Christie went to Cold storage the very next morning to help me retrieve it and arranged for the return. definitely best customer service and customer obsession !!
