β β β β β Bought osim uzap waist and arm. Within estimate 1.5 month, the Uzap waist cannot charge properly and faulty.
Return back to store and the sales man inform us, no warranty for this product. Advise us to go service center and try luck if will exchange or service for us.
Its surprising where even my robotic vaccum cleaner a $30 item has warranty and Osim such a well known brand has NO warranty. Admit was my foolishless not to check prior to purchase.

The female seller's English is bad and I hardly understood what she said whereas her male colleague tried to help her translate with less patience. Feel like wasted time coming to this store
