Itacho app can be improved. Can only submit order via the 1st person who scanned the qr code. Troublesome.

Taste: ok, hot green tea literally becomes hot water after the 3rd refill.
How: You scan safe entry, you queue, they show you your table, you order through their app, they serve, you eat , you pay and go.
Service: still ok, can be better.
Will come again: Yes.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my frequent haunts for Japanese sushi, especially their weekday lunch sets. Do join as a member via their app and you can accumulate points to help you offset your future bill. Their food is pretty good for the price, but it'll be unfair to compare them with those you eat in Japan (i.e. not super spectacular).
It's pretty good that they provide complimentary tea/water and wet serviettes as long each person orders about $10+ worth of food (a lunch set each will definitely cover it).
Do note that it can get crowded and they will not allow you to get a table unless everyone has arrived.
