Bring my son there to see doctor but the staff or nurse have the worst attitude I ever come across. Standing in front of them i wanted to register, but they completely ignored me. Approach of one them, simply just walk away, approch another one point me outside without saying anything. They are more interested to talk to each other. End up I go over to Green Cross Medical Centre. The staff are more professional and caring. Dr Chu are more experienced and details.

I don't need to type much because readers who see these reviews can obviously know that your receptionist staff are really pretty toxic and sarcastic lol. Indirectly scold the computer, but obviously is referring to the patient, really rude. First trip was good, decided to come for a second trip + ignoring all the bad reviews but i guess not anymore, was treated badly.

This Sunday night 05/06/2022 I visited this clinic.......The doctor there very friendly,understanding and experience,nurse helpful and waiting time reasonable there.............I fully recommend visit this clinic???

Good service and polite staffs. Detailed explanations on the meds as well when dispensing. Doctor is also patient and gentle.

Even before registering, I had checked with the counter staff and was advised the waiting time was only 30mins. Ended up waiting for more than an hour, and still have not even seen the doctor. And when I went to the counter to check on the queue status, the lady was neither helpful nor polite. The clinic needs to have client service. And more importantly to have better time management skills and not over promise the patients!

Dr Owen Png has consistently given amazing medical care for me and my family. He is very detailed and thorough in his medical consultation. He does not rush patients, takes time to explain clearly and allows you to ask questions. In one of my recent visit, I had a severe allergic reaction and Dr Owen Png provided urgent medical care, allowed me to rest in the treatment room while still checking-in on me and when my situation did not improve, he made a timely decision to advise me to go to the hospital. He wrote a detailed memo for the ambulance and hospital ER's reference. After I was discharged, he even called me to check-in on how I was feeling. I was surprised by his phone call but I really appreciated it. How many GP doctors do you know would take time to personally make a follow-up phone call? :) Yes, the waiting time can be very long especially during peak hours (early mornings) and yes, I have waited 2-3 hours before. But if you want a sincerely caring doctor, it's worth the wait! Night clinics are usually run by locum doctor but he was also very caring in his consult (sorry, I didn't get his name). The reception and nursing team in this clinic might seem a little unfriendly but if you consider their high workload and stress of handling so many patients, I think it's understandable and forgivable. They work as a team with the doctor and if you want a good doctor, then it's only fair to cut them some slack. The only suggestion I have for this clinic would be their que system for appointments vs walk-ins. Suggest nurses to inform patients upon registration that there are also patients by appointments in the same que. Maybe a signage or two around the clinic would help inform waiting patients why the numbers jump around or seems to be moving so slowly. Just my 2 cents worth of sharing! :)

The waiting time was painstakingly long. Went on a Sunday around 6:20pm and waited until 9pm to see the doctor. That's almost 3 hours. For a covid patient, had to wait outside in the unbearable hot weather - it was the worst. 3.5 stars because they lady doctor was kind.

Waiting time too long. Patitions with covid made to wait outside the clinic without proper seatd with a back rest. It made the waiting time unbearable.
