5 stars for the price I had to pay ($18 inclusive of meds which was deducted from my CHAS Card so I paid zero! ? Minus all 5 stars for the rude looking receptionist although wasn't rude to me. Then plus 4 stars for the meds which were good enough. Yes the doctor did seem like he didn't understand cos maybe very old and hears not too well. Overall for the very quick 10 mins spend there it's worth a visit. I went around 3 pm ✌️

Worst experience at a clinic. Online it states that it opens at 2pm and closes at 430pm on weekdays but twice i've gone there and it closed before 3pm. Once because there were "too many people" and another because "registration is over" Counter staff was unfriendly and unwilling to explain further.

I was previously an employee, but I will write a review as a prospective of a patient and of a patient only. I was having asthma during mid of December 2018. It was probably cause by URTI. After consuming medication, I did slightly got better but not entirely, as I was also suffering from phlegm, flu, etc. Doctor Wong asked me to go and do an X-Ray. When the results came back, it stated ‘normal findings.’ Yet, he can tell me he don’t know what’s wrong with me, tells me my lungs got problem and say I have COPD. For those that doesn’t know what is COPD, it is a chronic lung disease that will slowly worsen and NOT treatable. Ironically, he asks me to go to the lung center to get a through check but yet in my diagnosis he put I am suffering from COPD. His assumption caused me distress and worries, till the point I suffered from anxiety/fainting and have to get to A&E. I went to the lung center appointment and the specialist that tested me, told me my lungs seems fine and normal, although am still waiting for the final results. I asked Doctor Wong again, why did he misdiagnosed me with COPD when he don’t have the equipment to do a lung function check? He can tell me he diagnosed me with COPD cause I smoke. Afterwards, he change his words and say he diagnosed me with asthma and wheezing. Outside of work and speaking as a prospective of a patient, I am never going back there again and I don’t trust my health with him. He could have told me to go and check with a specialist, but he didn’t. I have seen Doctors for various medical reasons, but have never encounter one that ASSUME you have a chronic disease.

Doctor appeared unable to understand English properly or to know what I was saying. After requesting if I could have the next day MC as well, because I was literally vomiting in the waiting area, the clerk bluntly told me I'd only get the current day. I don't recall ever having been this sick in my 3 years in SG, and I stumbled upon the most unhelpful doctor I've ever met.

If I could give zero, I would. Unlike the reviews, receptionist is very nice lady, the doctor is the rude one. Instead of helping me and telling me things I need to know to "cure" myself, he was so hang up on unimportant details. Did not even know what happened and decided to be rude from the start. The paste that was used was taken from somewhere else, and the dish was 2 days old, and when I ate it, it was cold. Told him all that but he still remained rude. Do I have to laosai infront of him then he'll believe? Or is it because I used the Chas Card and he won't get paid thats why he was already rude right from the start?

I’ve seen online & the clinic itself states that closing hour is 4pm & I was there just mins after 3.30pm & registration was already closed. Opened at 2.00pm & closed probably at 3.30pm? Like 1.5hrs or less only in the afternoon? Seriously? & the reception officer wasn’t friendly at all. I was having fever & had to go to another clinic. Worse part - it rained while I was biking. What a day it was!

Doctor Charis has been my family doctor for ages. And we love him. But of late the nurse/admin lady has the worst service EVER! I was there 4:15pm They were closed 4:30pm. Like anybody we would thought we will make it. Whose to know that the registration close at 3:30pm. Hear they open at 2:30pm. So in another words there is only 1 freaking hour for registration like SERIOUSLY????? When i asked to clarify the admin lady gave the most bo chap look ever. And hardly even look me in the eye. So so disappointed.

Definitely will not recommend this doc. Willing to travel further to see another doc even if it means higher fees. Does not make effort to understand what the patient has to say about their symptoms and make irresponsible remarks. ????
