★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk worst of worst service attitude I have ever seen among all medical front desks.
Front desk manager today asked me to change my appointment slot to an earlier time this morning (originally I made an appointment at noon today). Then I rushed to the place and waited for half an hour!
The front desk manager rudely asked me to sit there and wait without saying any thank you and sorry.
I was shocked by such a bad attitude of front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this "Centre" for some time, but will not return. Waiting for over 40 minutes in an empty waiting room, with none of the many reception staff to give you an update..? Complete lack of respect for the patient that you would not get at a family clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nurhidayati is not a competent doctor. Had worst experience with her. She is just doesn't want to listen to her patients. She only googles stuff and throws on our face. Dont recommend her at all.....stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nur-whatever lacks basic professionalism and compassion as a doctor. She didn't read my report and just threw in some speculations. She also didn't respect patients' privacy: she showed me other people's medical records when I didn't ask for them! AVOID THIS DR AND THIS CLINIC!!!
