★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended! Went to the shop to collect the bike I make purchase online. Waited for half an hour. Their staff is not attentive. Don't bother to attend to you. Customer service 0/10. There is also defect found on the hinge cap area and I only saw it after I reach home when I install the bottle holder. Not a good purchase experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended to purchase from passion gadget poor customer service, slow in reply and once you lost your warranty paper your 6 years warranty is gone even you have past purchase history in your account they could only tell you sorry hope you "understand". So once bike is sold to you are on your own!!! be warned!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first bike purchase turns out to be a nightmare. Did the first payment via the main website, the bike I’m getting is not pre-order. Email came in a few days later states that the order have to be pre-order as stock came in is limited and I have to get a different one which is more expensive.
Payment done, bike delivered and tested, the gear I tested, make tons of sound when shifting, compared to my friend’s Hito bike, I did it one by one, few seconds in between. Worst part, my paddle pop out with-in a minute! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A NEW SET. Checked the bolt, I’m able to slot it in almost fully with only little or no effort. Both side missing the cap cover as well.
Do test/check your bike when delivered.
I would like a new set or refund please.
Edit: 4 Stars, they gave me 1 for 1 and all working working fine.

went to Passion Gadgets at Tai Seng to check out Hito X6 foldable bike. the Filipino lady and the young guy is very attentive to my request and helped me with my queries. Finally bought 1 back and took the MRT and it is very convenient
it came with all the freebies as advertised on the website (while stock last)
Note: Proceed to The Commerze @ Irving to test ride the bike then proceed to Leong Huat building to purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was excited to get myself a bike but dropped all impulse when the staff can’t even be bothered to serve. Told the staff what I’m looking for but all he cared was his hand was dirty and need to wash. He came back after washing and did not even bother to show me the bike as I believe it’s too troublesome because it’s not displayed out. Wasted my time coming all the way here. Hope you guys can make all your customers feel more welcome in the future. Thank you
