Dr Wong always provide professional advices and did the extra mile to follow up on my puppy’s condition after each consultation and praises to the team whom always gave calls to ask how’s my puppy getting on. Best Vet team around!

An extremely friendly and lovely team of healthcare professionals for our fur friends. My pups see Dr Wong who is a wonderful vet. She is very knowledgeable, skillful and thorough with her checks. Brighton has an outstanding team of vet techs and nurses too, who are pleasant, gentle and kind, not to mention proficient. I chanced upon them by recommendation and am amazed by their sincere and efficient service. From the moment you step into their premises, you are greeted with their vet techs and nurses which are aware of your pet's case. They will prepare your pet with the necessary tests etc before you meet the vet so the whole process is efficient. Even after the consult, I am provided with the Dr's notes which I can refer to and keep for reference. After a few days, the team actually calls to check if my pups are doing well. Brighton really provides outstanding services. Something I really appreciate from Brighton is their insightful and prompt service. Whenever I am in doubt, I feel assured that they will provide me with the proper help I need, either through a phone call or a consultation. Thank you Brighton!

I took my baby there and we saw Dr. Ming En who is one of the sweetest and kindest vet I've ever met. I appreciate her effort to support me and Daisy all the way even after Daisy had passed & crossed the rainbow bridge. They will call if not they'll message you to check on your baby after they've tended to you and the quality of their service is great. I was recommended to visit Brighton by an avid hamster lover. If your baby is sick and you can afford the cost financially to take them to a vet, please do so before it's too late. ? Pawrents, do realise that vets are equipped with field experience and medical knowledge and can perform surgeries but not miracles. Please don't hesitate to take your baby to a doc instead of consulting ppl in a forum if you feel that it's a medical emergency. I'm praying for all of you over here who's contemplating to take your pet to a vet. ? Many love and prayers to your babies too.

Inattentive receptionist. Friend brought my dog to this vet because all others and my regular was closed on Sunday. My dog did an x-ray and was prescribed meds, was told to call in for a review if her stools continued to be runny. So I did, I called to make an appt 6-7hrs prior, and the Dr did not bother to pull my dog’s record, apparently she is unaware of my dog’s diapers eating episode just few days ago, she’s not aware of the meds being prescribed, not aware of my dog being in heat despite me speaking with another Dr over the phone twice (international call) cos I was overseas. The receptionist registered my dog under my friend’s details despite my friend giving them my details and asking them to register my dog under my contact for easy future visits, and today after seeing the Dr, the receptionist said they will call and follow up with my friend… I don’t know where all these 5 stars reviews came from but definitely not from me.

Very nice place, the vet who were seeing Dr Toh, is nice and attentive. She helped us in every way to ensure that Yoshi is healthy and sound. Went there for Yoshi's eye infection issues.

Very thankful to the staff at Brighton Vet (both Katong & Bukit Timah). I called to make appointment at Katong branch, but was informed that they were too full. Instead of ending the call, they continued the conversation by checking with me on what happened. I shared the situation, and the staff told me that the puppy should be seen by a vet asap as it seems that it requires urgent attention. The kind staff helped us to reach out to Bukit Timah branch and gave us a slot. Dr Toh attended to Bear, and she was so gentle and patient with my dog. She explained clearly and shared the cost and procedures of what they are going to do. Dr Toh also explained the medication that she will prescribe to my dog, and the feeding instruction. I have been to several Vet clinics before (used to have another dog), and I was surprised to receive an email from the clinic regarding regarding the consultation. I have a good impression and experience at Brighton Vet Care. Thank you.

The vet was really nice and understanding, she also was very clear when explaining how to give my hamster medicine. She was patient with me when I asked a lot of questions, I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

First time at Brighton after switching from a previous vet. Two hours were spent on procedures and consultation for my dog with ringworm. During the consult every aspect of my my dog's health was discussed and the vet, who was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and patiently. The vet technicians were also extremely friendly and professional. They said they will follow up with an email summary of our consultation and via phone in a week. I really think this will be my dog's vet going forward. I don't think any other vet will offer thing kind of service and care.
