★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In any form of healthcare, bedside manner is the most important. The care and compassion showed by the entire staff made the difficult experience of putting down my dog when it was sick made it a lot easier to bear.
From when I arrived and had to wait outside and throughout the entire process before and after, the level of care and how they were gentle and caring for my dog, being able to put it at ease and the compassion shown towards the person making the difficult decision.
Thank you very much Visiting Vets team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe dogs can smell fear, and it was what happened when I brought my dog to his usual clinic before discovering Visiting Vets. Even before we enter that clinic, my dog was shivering, that never happens at Visiting Vets. He was calm and at ease here, this is our 3rd visit and he remains the same.
They have a one visitor policy now, me and my partner were feeding them very hungry mosquitoes waiting outside as our appointment time got delayed by almost 30-45 mins, even when the receptionist told us to come early as she felt that the symptoms relayed on the phone warrant a longer consultation.
I also appreciate the fact that their service and medication remains affordable despite the location. They do not recommend unnecessary procedures and vaccinations.

The empathy shown us and time dedicated to help us understand Gina's health was outstanding and appreciated. Dr Stephanie was also very good with Gina when she needed a checkup. This is an outstanding vet clinic. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Huang and The Visiting Vets team were excellent from the first contact I made, to arranging the appointment, to the vaccination itself which was done in my home, to even sorting out an admin issue on my cats' vaccine certificates that needed to be solved prior to their export to Dubai - everything was A+.
