After checking their web site for castration services then following up with a phone call to confirm and then actually taking my dog there for the service and reconfirming the cost. My dog had to postpone the procedure as he had diarrhea so 2 weeks later it's done and I'm invoiced at a higher rate. I was shown a weight chart where apparently my dog was a kilo over but the point is the staff/web site had previously given me a different cost. Now it is me that has to pay for their mistake. So wrong.
M	M Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my cats to The Animal Clinic for their annual vaccination. Dr Ng Jia Hui was very professional and thorough in her examination. She was also the first vet to suggest doing a swab of my oldest cat's ears after I said his ears tended to get dirty very easily. Turned out he has a yeast infection in his ears and the medication prescribed really helped. One of the vet nurses/receptionists (not sure of her exact work title) needs to brush up on her customer service skills though. She seemed totally unenthusiastic about working there and spoke to customers in a very lazy tone. It's a bit hard to describe exactly what she said but the impression we got was as if she felt we were giving her unnecessary work.

When he gets scared, he growls, bites, hisses, acts aggressive to get away. Dr Ng, Mary and the other assistants have been super patient and attentive to him despite his behaviour. It's not easy to help a patient who doesn't cooperate, and is strong as a bull. Slowly but surely... he will overcome diabetes.
D	Dicky Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is, think twice before you bring your beloved pets here. Short & chubby chinese nurse was rude and impatient. Kept tugging and pulling my pup towards her, which did nothing to ease his anxiety before his surgery. You will experience zero empathy towards your pet, zero care and please don't even begin to think you would be getting 1% of what good customer service should feel like. As a pet owner, seeing my beloved one going in for his surgery should not feel like he's due to get slaughtered. Take my advise and give this vet a skip. I might just be one of the unlucky ones to have experienced this, but I am most definitely never coming back. Good luck if you're going there..
k	k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to visit The Animal Clinic because it is near my house but this clinic is an absolute rip off. This vet charges ~20% more in almost every aspect compared to other vets but that's fine if the services are of quality. The frontline staffs are pretty unresponsive and the processing time is extremely long. Told the vet to administer only IV drip for my cat but when the bill came, it was to my surprise that there are additional charges for a new drug (Methylprednisolone) which was administered without our knowledge. Please do not visit this clinic if you hate long processing time and always remind the vet to not make unilateral decisions or you will find yourself charged with a hefty bill.
c	chew juat Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog for his annual vaccinations and the vet recommended ATOP 7 shampoo for my pet to reduce its itchiness. I paid $40.34 for it following the vet’s recommendation but when I reached home, a quick search shows that the same shampoo was selling for $21.53 online. Leaving this review here as I felt that the clinic way overcharged for this, and makes me wonder if I was similarly overcharged for the rest of its services.

Dr Audrey lee was patient and well versed to diagnose my puppy strained neck which we didn't know what is wrong when our puppy was listless and whining all the time. We are not pushed to do all sorts of tests but to progress a step at a time to see if further actions required . Not money minded type and she is very professional and passionate which is a very thumbs up . We are at loss whicb vet to go initially but glad we came here . Thank you and keep it up The waiting area was filled with chairs and shady , do call to check if it is fully booked before going .
