One of her colleague twice added black sauce which I requested not to. Instead she's the one apologizing. She's very customer service oriented. Also the noodles she cooks is always consistent and tasty. Keep up your good work!

Since the dining area was full, I stood beside and waited. I saw the cashier looked at me waiting without a table before the food was ready. When the food was ready for collection I told her no table to dine in. Then she said “you didn’t tell me that you didn’t have table”. My husband just told her that we can eat at the collection area then. The rude cashier just walked away and ignored us. A praise to the man who collected the dishes. He kept apologizing to us and tried to get a table for us. When we finished he again apologized to us although it’s not his fault. ?????? for his excellent customer service. A suggestion to the owner of the stall “since your business is very good, just do takeaway orders. Gave up dining area to save your rent because your cashier didn’t know how to manage it at all!”

Subsequently, she ask me to scan in then I realized so I paid the extra takeaway cost. She also didn't ask me either. I also noticed after that there was one couple ordered dine in and 4 persons did the takeaway. I waited until all those peoples after me were served and I'm furious. Then I approach those ladies and she dig from some pile of receipts and say they will do it for me now. I understand there are delivery riders, their orders were fulfilled too. I'm also rushing for time. Your staff really need some educating. Don't under-estimate front line service. And most of your staff there don't smile at all.
a	adren sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking forward to my dinner after work today. My order was wanton mee chill + ketchup. When I received the noodles I got a big shock. The soggy noodles were drenched with ketchup (literally only eating ketchup) and there was no dark soy sauce. When I went up to the counter to ask about the soy sauce, aunty replied me that because I told her colleague that I wanted chilli and ketchup ONLY (which I definitely did not!!!!!!), by default there's no dark soy sauce. This is extremely ridiculous because who the hell eats wanton mee without dark soy sauce! Damn joke. Spoiled my dinner mood. Lousy service. I will never come back here again! They have noodle and drink set at $5 to $5.50 Edit: Noodle standard sometimes drop maybe due to different ppl cooking. As some days the noodle is overcook.
J	Jenifer Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wanton noodles is everywhere in Singapore. Not bad for the price and taste. $4.50 for foodcourt price. The noodles is QQ as usual. The staff however can be more friendly. Find it not very welcome especially the lady cooking.... The tone can be much better.
