★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t provide cheese and chilli. Even after specifically asking for them, pezzo did not include a single one. Poor customer service. Really spoilt my appetite. Will not patronise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's as good as it can get for an off-the-shelf pizza. $4.90 or $5.90 for a big slice. My pepperoni party $4.90 was full of pepperonis indeed. I toasted it in my toaster oven before eating and the bread was still soft whilst a couple of the pepperoni became crispy. yums. perhaps a little lacking in cheese but overall I think it's still a satisfying quick fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make a purchase coupon on lazada but met with a rude chinese staff at sun plaza on 04/05 @1802 saying that i need to refeem the voucher myself when it was clearly stated to be redeem by seller. If Pezzo cannot afford to sell at that type of price in lazada then don advertise. Lucky that there is no zero star if not would have put zero star. Do not recommend to patronise from Pezza.

female indonesian staff refused to give her name and claim that different outlet operates differently. @Pezzo Singapore please train your staff and update the menu photos accordingly to avoid confusions!

Just a suggestion, maybe you guys can put a refund option on your diy kiosk and save both of our time and trouble.

This outlet slightly bigger then northpoint outlet , very big waiting area.
Some promotion on going , n I’ve picked those ready pizza so didn’t wait for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 extra large pizza ? at $33, good for 2-3 pax . Waited for 10min after order placement. Staff was polite and provided cheese ? & chili powder.
Although the pizzas ? were just made/baked, but when dabao home they were already cold. Wondering should bring a warm bag like food rider ? next time.
Taste wise, the pizza ? doesn’t give cheese stretching effect, lack of cheese. I read some of the reviews were also indicated this issue. Hope Pezzo can improve in this area.
