M	Melissa Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an urgent visit down to Phoenix Medical Group as other PHPCs were closed on the weekend. Despite there being a lot of patients, I managed to get in and out of the clinic very efficiently, including getting medication. The young lady at the front counter was also friendly and helpful - a pleasant surprise despite the busy environment, and certainly very much needed by patients who are already feeling down. Would definitely recommend if you need to see a PHPC, and thanks Phoenix Medical Group for responding in this patient’s time of need.
R	R W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviewers have mentioned, good doctor but extremely rude front desk who showed 0 sense of professionalism. Staff clearly did not know what to do and looked extremely confused when we were there for our booster shot. At one point, she turned to the other staff in front of us asking “so how? I just ask them to sit and wait?” The other staff nodded yes and she gruffly told us “just sit and wait”. Not only was she rude, it was surprising that she did not know basic procedures. After the jab, when we asked if they accepted Cigna for future visits, she was again confused even when we showed her our card and explained it was our corporate health insurance. She went away and rather than coming back with a simple “no” she went on and on about how they don’t accept it because they do not sign with small insurance companies. That was not only unnecessary but also factually inaccurate given how Cigna is one of the largest health insurance companies in the world. Overall, very shocking experience given how the front desk staff was both rude and incompetent. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
c	crazyTham DaHouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to a clinic that is so dirty, messy & dusty. Especially the front shelf with books in front the front door entrance. Went to had my vaccine, vaccine staff was nice and good .. thats the only what I feel comfortable.

Waited 1hr but they were kind to apologise even tho it's not their fault. Was consulted by Doc Hannah who was fast and efficient too. Thank you all for your service

There were many people waiting for booster/ visit doctor in same small place, no social distancing at all. I went outside to wait because didnt want to be in such a confined place with people who might not be feeling well and waiting to see doctor. Should have managed safe distancing better. Overall very long wait, better to go somewhere else.

So had to call Seletar Greenwich clinic for SOS, luckily they had wonderful staff, Rachel, who expertly handle it and even followed up with me to ensure I had the corrected results. Saved me from missing my flight, excellent service.

Came here for my Booster jab and consultation for my health matters. The frontline staff are very friendly, professional & efficient. My consulting Doctor , Dr.Cheryl Lin went through my concerns with genuine care & patience. Unlike the usual GPs that I’ve visited which often quickly try to dismiss you or your concerns. She ensured to cover all the bases and listened to my symptoms intently. The male doctor that gave me my jab was also very friendly, kind and communicative which puts one at ease. The entire process was fuss free, smooth and so relaxing. The clinic itself is clean & comfortable too!
