Phuket Town Mookata - 340 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1

A very nice place for Mookata. Ordered their set and the amount was sufficient for 4 adults and 1 kid. Price is very very reasonable. Food is nice and chilli is nice too! Also to note that the coffeeshop that the mookata is situated also serves very nice Thai Milk Tea and there’s also a nice Lok Lok stall there. Do pay this place a visit.

Worst mookata I’ve ever had. Meats are extremely salty, I’d rather have it no marinated. It takes very long for gas stove to heat. The gas run out 2 times, my cabbage is not ready after 1.5 hrs of cooking. What a ridiculous dining experience…

Honestly my favourite mookata store!! Price is really reasonable and the meat portion is huuge! Service is also really good :) Just note that sometimes it gets really busy so be prepared to wait for tables ?

Went to the woodlands outlet. The marinated meat were awesome. Extremely friendly staffs! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing place, amazing food. We keep going back. But why I chose to review today? I dropped the noodles, and the shopkeep saw. They gave me another portion without me asking and without any hesitation. This epitomises service quality that is few and far between.

12/2/2022 Very yummy chicken and beef that is marinated with their special sauce! Full of flavour that permeates the broth and hot plate. They add their special sauce on some meats and mushrooms, may get a little overwhelming at the end but still very delicious. Their black pepper sauce is a bit too strong though. Their pork is only okay, but their chicken and beef really shines. I ordered ala carte but many ordered their meat mountain and bundle which is also very worth it as you eat all the ingredients. One lady, Fionne, is very kind. She suggest adding the fish paste into our minced chicken and egg and it tastes delicious! Also wish us a happy cny :) It opens officially at 6 but you can start queueing and ordering around 5.45pm (there was a queue and it was a Saturday).

Found the place by chance as I went there for another food. But WHAT A FIND! Had the Beef Volcano and Veggies and was pleasantly surprised by 1) the quantity, 2) the well Marinated meats, and 3) overall tastes. If you want to try- go after 9.20pm when the crowd begins to lessen, AND you get to try their special tongyum noodle (served after 1030pm). Else- be prepared to wait and wait for a table. The team behind this experience is professional, friendly, and tries very hard to please you, their customers- everyone, from answering your questions, to enhancing your mookata experience, to clearing the table fast so you get to start your feast!) (Thanks for everything, Fabian, Kenneth and even Fion who took my call). Do enjoy your Mookata fix and top it off with cool Thai milk tea (red and green teas!) of your choice, OR ... BEERS of course! All in all, I hate to leave such a great review, cos I KNOW that YOU WILL be my rival, fighting me for a table when it gets busy... but the place deserves it. (Last order 12MN, and venue closes 1.30am) So... what are you waiting for? GO GO GO!

Good, affordable. Located in coffeeshop. Do go early cause will full quite fast. Nearly the whole coffeeshop can been seen eating this. Marination of meat pretty alright. Tasty. The sour and spicy chilli sauce is great. Mega Meat Mountain($39.90) Vegetable Platter($6.90) Thai Iced Milk Tea from drinks stall.
