Dr Fay and the staff are nice and friendly. Dr Fay will give advise and she is very gentle when she did the filling for my tooth. Highly recommended if you need any dental treatment.

Had scaling, polishing and flouride treatment. Overall registration and cleaning process was ok. Total fee about $185++. The stains on my teeth are removed completely. Satisfied with the service.

not transparent with charges - unless you ask them specifically to explain everything they will charge. the whole treatment (scaling & polishing + fluoride treatment) lasted only for 8 minutes and was charged $190.45 (could it be they felt more comfortable charging me because they knew I would be claiming through my insurance? scary thought). Since nobody bothered to explain to me, hopefully this review can help bring more clarity - Consultation $25, Scaling & Polishing $95, Topical Fluoride $40, Sterilization and Disposables $18. Again, hope this review can help other patients make a more informed decision of where to go, or hopefully help Dr. Michael realize the experience some of his patients go through. edit: I can also see another reviewer from 2 days ago was charged much less for fluoride treatment and consultation. I am not even going to bother to ask for an explanation as there's no way I'm going back to this clinic anyways - but hope this helps bring more awareness. another issue that bothered me is the fact that the dentist mentioned and explained the benefits of fluoride treatment, but somehow this automatically translated to me accepting to get this treatment without even asking for a confirmation. The thing is that I would have accepted to do it if he had formally asked - again, the issue here is the lack of transparency.

Dr Michelle Yeoh is really patient respectful and gentle for both adults and kids. She does not hard sell and July does the necessary. Howber the admin at pungol is better than the one at Seng kang. All very professional. Had a comfortable session for both myself and 8 Yr old. Highly reccomend

sudd and last min visit to this place on june 30 due to good reviews on google (under dr mike teoh, when reached here then found out its under Q & M ) . visit here was to do fillings to save my cracked tooth due to decay. dr mike say try his best but half way through was told not able to and the only way to save my tooth was to do root canal and put a crown. after checking the cost which was told $2000 nett exclude GST, and was told can finished within an hour then after two weeks came back here to put the crown. i agree to it and was asked to sign a form. as i was working and take time off to visit here. i sign the form without reading it. whole process when fine but suddenly after 30 mins, was told that the instrument cracked and was left inside my tooth so i have to visit a specialist to get it remove. dr mike patch up my tooth uglyly and i was given a referral letter . i left without paying as they say no need to. the next day they call and was told that the specialist cost $1400 to $1600 exclude GST. (for removing the cracked instrument and root canal) after done there then i have to came back here to put the crown at their best price at $800 exclude GST. So in the end root canal plus the crown i have to pay extra $400+ instead of the first mention price $2000. they say no choice heng shuay this incident (instrument cracked) could happen . but why before the process i was not told it could happen? dr mike says it is very rare so did not warn against patients. (i have voice record) i was like huh? even 0.01 percent u should have told me. well i am the unlucky one indeed. i told dr mike i would not go back to him and i will settle myself. already feedback to Q&M Group waiting for their reply. the cracked instrument still inside my tooth for 4 days already and wonder will it move around to other parts of my body. can't even eat properly as the tooth hurts when touched. i understand none of us want this to happen. but why should i bare the extra cost. p/s: must declare dr mike was indeed caring and keep on checking his patients during the process. he will ask whether is there any pain . but too bad first time visit encounter bad experience.

I was attended by Dr Sally Zhou Huichuan and I've experienced the MOST TRAUMATIC dental experience in my life. ABSOLUTELY HORRID EXPERIENCE. Fast forward the impassionate consultation, the real trauma came from the 40 minutes I laid on the dentist chair. The process was so deeply distressing. Dr Zhou continued to clean and drilled into my tooth without addressing to my call for help, when I was obviously trying to make noise gagging, kicking my legs, waving my hands, pulling the suction pipe gently and flinching my body gesturing pain. She may have given a couple more of anaesthetic shots along the way but clearly, but she wasn’t aware that she should at least check or ask the patient to ensure if she could still feel anything!! She proceeded to drill into the tooth and rushed through the needful, while I can still feel every bit of the reeling pain throughout. I was wearing a dress as I just got off work, but due the pain and me kicking my legs, my dress was all over me. Imagine the distress state I was in. But, never once did the doctor try to calm me down or to at least ask if I am still feeling okay. I wasn’t given a cloth or blanket to cover my legs. No SINGLE effort was made to comfort me the patient even when I was trying so hard to gesture that I was in pain. Throughout the session, all she did she was grumbling at her assistants about them giving the incorrect tools, or giving it all at once, or at the wrong time. She was impatient and grumpy. As if I wasn’t stressful enough lying on the dentist chair with my mouth clamped wide open with mouth guard and some sharp hooks. Seemed to me she was putting all the attention to just trying get the work done and over with, on a lifeless pig with no feelings. It was until eventually that I had to try to talk while gagging that I AM STILL IN SO MUCH PAIN that she gave me another anaesthetic shot. It was only after this final jab that relieved me a little off the pain. But even after that, she did not care to check on me and continue to be β€œscolding” her assistants throughout. She’s forcing smiles, faking friendliness, very impatient, inattentive, extremely rough and definitely cold and heartless. Upon returning home, I realized a deep hook mark outside the right lips. I know they hooked something sharp onto my mouth, but they could have put a gauze underneath it as not to leave a mark on me. The mark is painful and back, and I now look like a Joker with the laceration scar on his mouth. Not to mention that I woke up with deep pain at the back of my throat, which may be caused by mouth guard or insertion or chemicals (I am not sure) that injured my throat. I now feel the pain every time I swallow and saw some red and white marks above the inside of my mouth. I am in so much distress.

Chewed onto a chilli seed and broke my tooth in the morning 11am, called in to ask and they manage a slot for me at 3pm to extract it. Am a blue CHAS card holder and it feels like Dr Michelle Yeo is trying to help me save money too. I had teeth with deep roots, and it's the 3rd tooth that broke in 4 years... ? So I have expected a tough extraction. But Dr Michelle keep assuring me that it's budging, and have ways to distract me away from the first anaesthetic injection (asking assistant to tap my shoulders), knowing when my neck may be tired from battling with the tooth and have a short break. And she is very kind to her assistant too. Often, I may hear some dentist who may get frustrated with their assistant. After the whole process, she assures me that it will heal well since it didn't become a surgery, and that after it heals, I can leave a hole, or fill it up, but it will be alright even if I don't do anything to it. Most other dentist will end with a upselling to say other teeth will shift/fall out, need (insert script for implants, braces, bridge). Basically, she says what is needed for me to take care of myself first, and shows genuine concerns for everyone around (including her assistant). I guess the least I could do to show my appreciation, is to also help update their Google map with photos, on top of the fifty plus 5 stars reviews given by the rest ? Thank you for being kind ❀️
