I love the service here. The staff are mostly friendly and very efficient in doing their job. The prices are affordable too! They usually throw in some free services when you buy a package, which makes the package much more worth it. There is also very minimal hard selling as they are already so popular. I’ve already recommended two friends to the nail salon and would recommend more.

If you are not prepared to splash at least $700 to $1000, don’t come here, because they will keep selling you packages and will continue to sell you more and more packages once you signed up. They will hard sell you every single time you come although you still have many sessions but they will non stop selling you other services and all are in package. That’s how you’ll get stuck with them. You’ll only end up having a stressful time coming here.

I been followed pixie since 2013, always have the foot problems, lucky know my manicurist Emily, she is very kind and managed to help to solve my fungus toe problem and get it healthy. She is professional and patient who also served me for many year. Strongly recommend her :)thanks

Hard selling with poor service with overpriced manicures. Did my gelish manicure there. Manicurist not really skillful and did a bad job with a simple nail art I requested. Cracked within a week. Foot spa was overrated, keep asking me if I wanted the more expensive one and convince me to get a foot soak for extra. Don't fall for it, doesn't seem to make a difference eventhough they will convince you that you look fairer.

If I can give this place a zero I would. I should have read the reviews before coming to this place. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF. 1. Misleading and Deceptive Conduct/forced to honour a sale without the seller stating the final price beforehand - I mentioned that I have weak nails and the manicurist Emily told me to purchase a bottle of the Morgan Taylor Daily Elixir: Keratin nail treatment for natural nails. I asked her how much the bottle was and she showed me a sticker stating that it was $49. I agreed to purchase the bottle based on that price and requested to do a pedicure. Emily insisted that I do a manicure as well. During the manicure she was "kind enough" to help me apply the nail treatment as part of the manicure. After the mani-pedi and at the cashier, she told me it was $49 just to apply the treatment as part of my manicure once and showed me another sticker telling me it is $158 to purchase the product (the sticker looked suspiciously new and I was not even told the price of the product, Emily just slid it in by writing it on the receipt and telling me the total amount). I googled the polish and showed it to her that online it was roughly $20 RRP and she is trying to sell it for $158 (not to mention that I told Emily to her face that I was not told about the price). She then told me the products online are fake and that her product is genuine - when all the websites are legitimate websites. I told her that I am returning the product (she said that as she has applied it on my hand I have to buy it) and after much insistence I demanded for her to refund the money and was only refunded part of the money. 2. Undue Pressure and Influence/ Lying: The amount of pushy upselling was absolutely ridiculous! Telling me that I have a nail fungus or that I have calluses when it is not the case. I was asked in the short time that I did my pedicure, to add a manicure, to add salt to the pedicure water, to add an express dry spray, to add a fungus treatment for my nails, to add callous treatment etc and each step not informing me of the price of the services unless I expressly asked for it. It is unfair practice for a salesperson to exert undue pressure or influence on the consumer to enter into a transaction involving goods and services. From the other reviews online, it is clear that this is consistent behaviour from this branch and that Emily has participated in this behaviour before. I will be lodging a complaint with CASE SG and any other authorities to prevent others from being scammed. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH EVER.

I'd booked an appointment for 2PM today, unfortunately when I arrived they were still serving other clients, which is completely understandable. However, looking at the state of the salon, I was a little apprehensive about getting my nails done there after all. The foot tub was dirty and so was the rest of the corner they sat me in. Were they really about to let me soak my feet in lint and chipped gel polish from others LOL After waiting for 15 minutes, I said I could come back another time as I was in quite a rush. While some of the staff seemed genuinely apologetic, one of them did say very loudly, "Ok ε°± Bye" which was quite uncalled for and rude. Safe to say I will not be returning!

Had a classic gel manicure and classic pedi for 135 sgd. Not even an hour pass and the gel mani has started chipping. Given that this salon gives a higher rate as compared to other salons the least i can expect is for the gel manicure to stay and not peel. Cleaniness is questionable in this outlet and services are way overpriced. Quality isnt up to par as compared to other salons.

This is really worst one ever. They look very un happy and sad to see customers. Not welcoming at all and give cold looks to customers. Instead of having a relax time it would become a session of stress. Btw any nail paint you pick will cost you another $10 and the other colours left to choose are outrageously ridiculous. The one you choose some how mange, to choose they do not have.2 at a time with no engagement and plesentaries walk off on you with weird expressions with you wondering what's wrong is happening. Tried so hard to upsell. Worst one will never go again @ waterway point. And this was red to them.
