Pizza Hut Delivery - Beach Road

missing item + bad service

Pizza came way too early, so was cold. Staff weren't looking at when pizza requested.

Really is worst show in website is 11am ,but time is 11am them haven open the door lock ,even haven open the light.

Small delivery focussed place.. Service was ok , staff seemed preoccupied with preparing pizzas for delivery. Pizza was delicious.. I prefer this to the always crowded restaurants in Suntec And they where courteous enough to let me dine-in although I had ordered a take away

Had an unpleasant experience today, the trainee manager ID number: 903 was very unfriendly, no smile and ignored us when we wanted to place order for pizza. We had to call for them so loud few times for them to come to us to take our order.

It's basically a delivery pizza hut, not suitable for eating. You can have takeout. Pizza is good.

Ordered the Cheesy 7 original pizza, the BBQ chunky chicken pizza, garlic bread, and truffle fries, for delivery. Cheesy 7 was soooo generously slathered with a variety of oozing, gooey, stretchy cheeses. It was a really interesting combination of textures and tastes of the different types of cheeses. The cheeses used are on the savory/slightly salty side, and some were more creamy and liquidy than others, which were more chewy and stringy. Amazing for cheese lovers but you'll probably get sick of it quite fast as it's very rich. BBQ chunky chicken is my bf's go to order these days and he likes it. I hate BBQ sauce on pizza (or anything that is not, you know, ACTUAL BARBECUE MEATS) but the chicken and pineapples were not bad. The chicken kind of tastes like Pizza Hut's sweet and spicy drumlets. The garlic bread was quite nice and they were quite generous with the garlic spread. There was one time in the past when I got very little garlic spread and was kind of disappointed but this time, it was great. The truffle fries were pretty horrible. To be fair, the texture might be a bit better if you are having it at the restaurant instead of delivery. The texture was mushy and grainy, and slightly soggy. Taste wise, it was really bad. No truffle taste at all, and extremely salty. It was honestly worse than those DIY supermarket frozen fries. Delivery was surprisingly prompt and arrived within 30 minutes. Pizza hut is neither a culinary experience nor gourmet food, but it's nice, familiar comfort food when you need that extra motivation for particularly rough days.
