★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stated 12.30pm close registration end 15 mins before 12.30pm, so should be 12.15pm. Reached at 11.39pm and the counter staff shouted, "CLOSE CLOSE CLOSE!" very poor customer service. Cockup services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited yesterday.. this is the second time I visited this clinic .. I was given 1 day MC due to sprained wrist .. According to the doctor. I just need to eat medicine and sleep .. my wrist will cure ... even though I have explained about it will affect my job because I need to move around alot....Unfortunately .. the medicine doesn't work that well .. it doesn't cure in one day .. and I have to go to work the next day despite my left lower wrist hurting so bad ....it was like living hell ... to be honest this is the second time happen like this .. If it wasn't my lower back hurt so much .. I definitely will go other clinic.
. FYI .. employee visiting clinic day after day within the same week really leave a bad impression to the company ..anyway . Hope that (male) doctor can tell who are genuine sick/ in pain but not going there to fake sickness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service!! Was called to visit clinic again to take blood sample for my helper as first time they didn't take enough. The receptionist mentioned I could come with my helper, take the sample and we could leave. Went there and i had to wait more than an hour as if it was my fault that the clinic didn't take enough blood. Omg. Please only visit this clinic if you are very desperate.

Had food poisoning but he gave a some charcoal pills and a day’s of MC to rest. To which I was resting on bed the entire day, only waking to clear my bowels every hour…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ having bad flu and sore throat and doctor gave 1 day MC with medicine with drowsiness. Expect us to feel drowsy while working? Doesnt know the logic of the doctor. Need to visit another clinic the next day again if havent recover? =.=

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very transactional and doesnt have a computer in his room?! The receptionist is VERY rude. I asked for my MC and she kept insisting I check my bag. In the end, after checking with the doctor myself, the recep said 'maybe I hear wrong', she thought i was asking for my IC. No apologies nothing, when my MC was on her desk all these while. There is a reason why this complex has 3 clinic and this clinic has the least patients.
