Reach on time but still wait more than 40min, meantime dk the doc slow or wat, patient come out ler still have to wait 10min for next patient. Take medical also, dk doctor pass slow or recep slow after 2 patient came out ler then can take medical. Speechless.

And Dr Kam's prescription always gets me well on my feet again. Though waiting time could be long at times, just give a call to reserve a number, and this could help manage your time better. Nevertheless Drs Tang & Partners is well trusted by me and my family over here in this small town of Jurong.
J	Jenny Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super long wait at this clinic and later patients are served first as the clinic assistants know them. no queue no. is issued to patients nor estimate waiting time is advised at all! terrible wait!!! one of the assistants is coughing badly but not wearing a mask. instead, she is dispensing medicines to patients. “well done” to professional healthcare services!!! to make it worse, clinic assistants are not sensitive to the patients waiting, talking loudly across the clinic, and slamming the drawers. nearly 2hrs wait to see doctor and another 30mins for my med. definitely will be my 1st and last time stepping into this clinic!

The nurses there are very friendly and takes good care of the patients, explaining the different covid19 protocols to the patients. always recover in a short period of time after seeing Dr Kam there! also would be best to make an appointment instead of walking-in to reduce waiting time.
G	Grace G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic yesterday at 9am in the morning but was stopped at the entrance by the clinic assistant whom told me to go to other clinics to see a doctor since is only light flu. At 9am she told me that there was already a long queue and I have to wait for 4 hours for it. I told her it was fine for me since I live near by, but she instantly replied, “but it is not fine for us because of you we have to eat our lunch at a later time, just go elsewhere, don’t come.” Honestly I find it really rude to speak to customer this way and I understand that the clinic might get busy but I do not agree with such customer service. She asked for my phone number and told me that she would call back. Till the end of the day, the call never came. Would not recommend at all.
S	Shu Zhen Ang (Zanne) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this clinic on and off ever since I was a child with late Dr Loo. Do note that there could be a long waiting time (seeing it’s pandemic period, and now there’s this omicron wave). Nurses/ admins were very warm-hearted despite being so busy, and explained the long wait to help manage expectations. Dr Kam is very thorough with the check-ups as well. Would probably recommend giving them a call before dropping by. During this pandemic period, do be patient with our frontline workers as they are trying to deal with the high influx of patients with limited resources. ??
