★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from this outlet during their online webstore launch promotion. Used the 1 for 1 pick up but somehow the website only registered 1 bowl (instead of 2). I whatsapped the store manager and was given another bowl on another day on goodwill basis. I would call this really top notch service and many businesses would have easily ignored my issues but Poke Theory did not.
On the food wise, it's totally worth the money even without the promotion. Bowl was packed to the brim with delicious food and it's one of the best poke bowl I've tried. Healthy and good.
Side note: Website can be confusing and not that intuitive for consumers. Maybe something to look out for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the regular tuna bowl (soba) with added honey soy sauce and avocado sauce. Rly yummy. The tuna was fresh and the mix of fresh vegetables mixed really well together. It felt light and didn’t have my usual food coma as there are less carbs. Rly good for a week day lunch.(Apologies for the messy bowl as i Had taken a few bites from the bowl) second order from poke theory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So value for money! My hubby and I order from here pretty often via grabfood, never goes wrong and more worth it than sushi restaurants and take out. The selection of Ingredients to go with your poke is wide and healthy, love it.
