★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this for the 1st time today. Was good! Had the spinach bowl and the staff recommended me a good dressing when I was undecided. Can’t recall if it’s wasabi soy or wasabi mayo but she said it’s her fave ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and uninterested staff. She was glued to her phone and I had to call out to her about 5 times before she looked up reluctantly. After selecting my veggies, she was quick to place the cover of the bowl and I had to tell her that I wanted to add on some proteins. She grudgingly opened the cover to add in the proteins and immediately placed the cover again without asking me the dressing I wanted. I had to tell her that I havent picked my dressing. I am a regular and this is the first time I have encountered this staff with such a bad attitude. She should just stay home and watch her movies since she is so disinterested in serving customers and not even doing the minimum expected of her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have changed to a smaller box and I just found out price has gone up.
There is also not much variety to choose from.
There was one lady staff who was always glued to her phone and will always give a black face and impatient/ irritated tone when I try to get her attention to place order. Not sure if she is still around as I have not seen her recently.
The new lady staff is much friendlier and cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salad tastes good and is fresh. But what is strange is that even thought they are charging a very normal price (7.50-spinach & 6.50 - lettuce + 5 toppings) the quantity is quite less. A similar salad with more quantity costs 5$ at Cold storage.
