★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall their service standard has improved drastically as compared to the past when they were at level 2. The staff will approach u to ask if they could be of any help. I think this is probably this branch has received many complaints in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs will approach before you’re asked to take a queue number in order for you to be served as quickly as possible. Staffs at the counters are friendly and knowledgeable too.
Always crowded and just have to be patient.
That’s all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sat I came giving them my document etc to open account. But they are telling me my company letter proof of residence without dated so I can't open account. Fine, then following Monday I bring document over which stated date in my company letter then their staff telling me must have original copy. Why different staff telling me different requirements? Please noted that we have to work we don't have such extra time to waste. I use my precious lunch time to open account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attending to the queue outside are pretty useless. Wrong info given more than once. Just give us a queue number so that the more competent COUNTER STAFF can solve it. Never had an issue with any counter staff but those attending to the queue outside are as good as cardboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were served by a beautiful soul, Ms Jade Tan who has a patience of a saint. A lots of things unchecked for elderly couple (thats us) but she brought it up & helped to settle for us. Thank you so much Ms Tan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever seen in a bank. Went there 3 times for opening an account. Everytime they have asked me to come after 1.5 to 2 hours without giving the queue number. Not sure why it's so complicated to open an account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm putting 1 star as a rating only because I can't put 0. The moment I told them I was a foreigner they made everything a hassle from asking me for my REAL Birth certificate which is ANCIENT to literally asking me for my criminal record and whatsoever.
All I had to do was COLLECT a card nothing that big literally just taking a card and made it sooo long and tiring. Having to go back home take the card and go back here. and having to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes till I actually get it done.
Terrible, horrendous, and just bad.
