★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, I bought a shoes on Sunday n coz the size not available, they promised will send from other store then I can collect th shoes on Wednesday (of course make a full payment)
But when I want to pick up the shoes today, the store manager confuse because they did not put note or anything to the store n she does not know where the shoes now. She already check buat can't find it. Very funny they r working like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested high heels which was size 37. But actually they passed me 36!!! I believed them they passed to me 37. So I wore the heels to a concert and wedding party. But ofcourse cannot walk long time even from my place to station 5 min walking distance. I wondered why it was confortable in the shop, now canot ware... And then I realized the heels size which I got was size 36...
To get 37 size, I went to two stores and finally I reached Wisma shop but they didn't pass to me correct size. Very dissapointed, waste money and lost some oppotunities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from Uncle Kenny from Wisma outlet. He was patient and provided superb and prompt service even during a weekend when the store was full of customers. Really hard to come by a star like Kenny which made my shopping experience such a wonderful one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the shoes is very bad. The lambskin ballet flats rubber soles started coming off after wearing it 4 times. I had to use super glue to reinforce it. The pointy flats also started peeling inside after just one wear! I think DMK quality is more durable than this brand. It’s a pity though - they have nice designs but for it’s price point, you are not getting a decent quality.

You know how much of trust you have for that particular brand when you do that, because having a most comfortable nice shoes is extremely important for the most memorable day in your life. Things could go really well or really wrong. And that is the kind of trust level i have for pretty fit. Further plus point here is the customer service here is like you just bought shoes from a luxury brand (even some luxury brands have poor customer service), they call just to check on your purchase if you have any complaints or so after a week from the day you bought those shoes & I personally feel important on the way they treat customers. Definitely will come back for more & i have been spreading excellent review experiences to my family & friends! ?
