J	Joyce Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and attitude. My mom was not feeling well and had a ART negative result. She went to the JP clinic on 23 Oct around 9:45 am, as the clinic is listed as a swab and send home clinic. The staff at the counter was very rude to her. My mom was being told off that if she has a fever she should just stay at home and eat panadol, and that the clinic does not administer swab test. As a medical staff no matter how overwhelmed, she should be aware of the medical guidelines provided by the government. It is mandated by the government that as long as the ART result is negative, we are allowed to go out and seek medical attention. Besides, the clinic is listed as a SASH clinic. She was not only unable to seek medical attention, and was given a scolding by the staff. In times like this, as much as we appreciate the assistance of healthcare workers but where is the empathy towards a patient? Is it a common practice of the clinic to turn patients in need away?

M	Mervyn Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses were nice. But the work process flow is terrible. Clearly a lack of good management. Don't be fooled by no queues outside, it is the slowest clinic there! Their morning registration cut off anytime from 10.30 onwards. If you are here for a medical check up, there is no point coming early because they will process you at the end! I came at 9am and I am still waiting at 11.40pm. Those who came at 10.30am are also waiting with me. But going just after me. A clinic that partners with companies to provide health services to support the physcial health of workers in the economy, ironically wastes productivity
t	tan hao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued at 9am for my wife to take ART, waited till 12pm and yet I am still at the clinic. The productivity of the clinic is rock bottom. Same batch of people that came at 9am along with us also waited till 12pm. All along I don’t know what they are doing, taking their own sweet time. Seems there isn’t a clear distribution of tasks and flow of tasks is very disorganized. I think this clinic needs upper management review especially in these times of need. This is really ridiculous to have waited for so long.

Was worried to see the amount of people in the waiting area when I came in at 9am but the waiting time was totally normal and even fast. Done in 1 hr. The doctor and nurse were nice. The blood taking was not painful. The price is good.
